Decided to try a new place on a Monday evening after another local favorite was closed early due to weather. The restaurant is split into two sides with a wall splitting the bar area and dining. We were sat in the bar area which is quite large with booth and table seating along with the rail. Our server was friendly and smiley but a bit on the slow side and seemed confused about everything. She took our drink order and finally returned with a water and Diet Coke after more than 5 minutes. One of our other diet cokes was missing... that took about 5 or 6 minutes. We placed our food order and it came out in a decent amount of time. Everything was cooked nicely and seasoned well. My Asado chicken was a bit of a small portion in my opinion. My partner got the Shrimp Fajitas Monday special and it was an ample portion. I had asked for corn tortillas with my order and received flour. Unfortunately after our food came we never saw our waitress again until long after our meals were done. Which also meant no refills on our drinks. Overall the food was solid and the space was nice but I would likely not rush to go back and with other options very close I'm not sure I would recommend it over others. read more

It was great, just like the last time we ate here. We ordered the Chorizo Cheese Dip to start. My wife ordered a Watermelon Mojito and I got a Mexican Coke. Mexican Coke taste much better than American Coke, plus it has more carbonation in it. My wife got the Chicken Fajitas for her entree and I got the Beef Empenada appetizer and Cocktail de Cameron (Shrimp Cocktail) that was out of this world! Then to finish it all off we got the Flan for dessert. It was excellent! The service was perfect and friendly. We will be back again for sure. read more

I ordered the pastor enchiladas and the tortillas were only 1/3 full, it also seems like they mixed the filing with taco meat, like the scraped the bottom of the pot with the pastor and then had to make it go farther. They should have just said they didn't have enough to make an order. Can't believe we wasted so much money on this "meal". Their beans had way too much chili powder. Pros... Ground Beef has great flavor. Cheese dip is good. Wife loves the tortilla soup. Love the salsa. Atmosphere is nice. Cons...Sodas are over carbonated, shredded chicken had no seasoning/flavor, when full becomes hard to hear people at the same table, 4% extra for paying with a Debit Card which is not legal but they list a "Cash discount" on the receipt which allows them to get by the law. $50/table meal average on 100 table turnover per day = $200/day in additional fees or $73k a year. read more

The food has good flavor, although chile colorado with chicken was good but the portion was not even half a chicken breast. I wouldn't come back for the pure reason that they charged us $1 extra for chicken for the chicken sopes. The menu says chicken 11.95, they charged $1 extra cause we got chicken. Waitress just said oh that's just how the system does it. So why label 11.95 chicken /pastor 12.95/ steak 13.95 if they are going to go and charge you extra anyways for the type of meat? Then on top of that they charge you the credit card fee if you use a credit card. Why should I pay your credit card fees? You want customers to spend in your restaurant, you pay the fees. read more
