Of course they also deliver. It's nice to support a family owned business of this type. They've been open at this location since the 1970s. Besides that, it is incredibly charming that this location has a coffee shop! It used to be operated as Cat's Moon and now it appears to be Boring Bean. Either way, the interior smells absolutely delicious with coffee and pastries. And it's lovely to enjoy your coffee amongst the nursery trees and flowers.

So I made my way to Tony's to stock up and get started. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices vary from reasonable to very expensive but that's to be expected with such a grand variety. This last season I lost a couple of small grasses and a couple of lupine to the hot summer heat but everything else looks great. The large hanging baskets that I put into the large pots on my deck were my favorites. I'll be back in the spring for more things to beautify my yard.

Their prices are very reasonable. I always have the best luck with their plants, they take-off quickly and thrive. I can always find a few unique plants that I have never seen nor read about. It is always fun to bring home something that I don't already have. All of the wonderful folks at Deep Creek are kind and helpful. Their selection of vibrant mums and huge, ornamental kale caught my attention. Then as I wandered through the rows of plants, I discovered gorgeous indoor plants including my favorite, bromeliads. They had them in red, yellow, orange and a deep pink. I bought four! After discovering them, I now drive over the bridge to White Salmin during the spring for my annual planting. They have no advertising or signage up, thus when I arrived I thought maybe they were wholesale only. But it's hard to deter me from plants so I marched on in, and the lovely woman who greeted me was friendly and helpful as could be, confirming they were open to the public and handing off a box to fill with treasures. They also have handy wagons available. The nursery is very large, and every time I thought I'd seen everything the next corner would reveal another greenhouse. I quickly filled a box with herbs of every sort, then another with healthy perennials, strawberries, and even a mix of daffodils and narcissus. Oh, and don't forget they have houseplants! I got so much good stuff, but a few favorite finds were peonies, bleeding hearts, astilbe, purple basil, salad burnet, Vietnamese coriander, lemon verbena, Labrador violets, eucalyptus, hardy ferns, and lantana. They are cash or check only, so come prepared. It's worth going a little (or a lot!) out of your way if you usually only utilize card payments. The prices are eminently reasonable, and they even offer discounts on flats. Oh, and they are well known for their fabulous hanging baskets!

All the staff wore masks. They were extremely helpful, and when we found a tree they cut it for us and transported it to our vehicle. They also put the tree on a shaker to get any loose needles off, and bundled it up professionally and efficiently. The cost was $8.00 per foot until 8 feet, $10.00 per foot after that. They also had wreaths of various sizes available. Beautiful selection! Plus free twine to attach to our SAV.

You can either cut down the tree yourself or they'll do it for you with a chainsaw. In the event you don't bring a saw, they do have some you can use for no charge. My husband and I both appreciated the fact that we didn't have to carry the tree back to the cashier because they have people driving tractors around and they'll take your tree back for you. They'll shake out your tree and put it through their christmas tree wrapping machine. They have beautifully decorated wreaths and various swag you can buy and well as snacks. Everyone there is so nice and helpful! My husband, kids, and I had a great time! We'll definitely be going back next year!
