They've been great at fixing the wide variety of service issues that seem to arise inevitably with a pool. Our weekly pool cleaner, Tarryl, is always friendly and helpful and we definitely like working with him. The Four Seasons service guys are very competent; which was absolutely not true of our former pool company. I give Four Seasons a two thumbs up!

We were thrilled with the prompt response we received from Spa World of Schoolcraft when we…read morecontacted them through Yelp for a quote on a hot tub repair. I noticed early on a Friday night in the dead of winter that our outdoor hot tub had shorted out. Fearing freezing lines, I messaged this business via the Yelp app immediately. First thing Saturday morning, I was contacted by a representative of the business who talked me through how to ensure our lines wouldn't freeze (putting a small, non-propane space heater in the under-tub area and keeping the lid shut) and offered me a couple of options for sending someone out to troubleshoot (one of which was that same day, the other of which was Tuesday, which I went with so that my husband could see if he could figure it out when he returned from a trip the following day). The techs were able to diagnose the issue within the time quoted (about a half an hour) and offer me a couple options. We hated sinking over $1000 into it, but knew that we had some seriously old and failing equipment and that it was time, especially as both our topside panel and heating element were failing. They were able to complete the job same-day and our hot tub was at full temp by that evening. Great customer service all-around and swift fixing of a pretty involved problem. Would highly recommend!

There are a few things that struggled after the harsh winter, but Nature's Way contacted US to get them replaced this year. The team was quick and efficient and the whole process was very easy. The blue print and ideas they presented were perfectly suited to what we were looking for and we still can't believe what a difference the investment in professional landscaping has done for our curb appeal. We were reluctant to spend what we did on landscaping, but having worked with Nature's Way over the past year, it was worth EVERY penny. They're wonderful. Highly, highly recommend.
