We got a wonderful haircut by Dawn today. My daughter loved the princess treatment she received. Will definitely return in the future!

He was very communicative--even with the 13 hour time difference, I was able to coordinate with him easily. I had my husband be taken out of the house three hours before the party to set up... the balloon arch was delivered right on time. The photographer showed up half an hour earlier than the party. The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. He made my husband the most outrageous birthday hat. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. The photographer David was also really so helpful, friendly, and on it! He came early and helped with some of the set up... he was attentive and also very nice to talk to. Very natural (sometimes it's awkward when a photographer's in your face taking pictures but it wasn't awkward at all). We got a USB full of pictures right after the party! Really, what a great experience. My husband had a really great time. Thank you Mark and company!

It was such a relief to trust them with the decor and know it would turn out amazing. All we had to bring were the food, cake, and party favors (though they also offer packages that include those, which is a great option). The two party assistants were fantastic with the kids and kept them engaged with fun activities--painting was definitely the crowd favorite! The facility itself is spotless, with plenty of fun, engaging activities that are just the right size for little ones. It's not too big or overwhelming, which I really appreciate. My daughter also loves visiting Mima Create & Play for open play sessions, and the only downside is convincing her to leave when it's time to go. I can't recommend this place enough for parties or just a fun day out. It's such a gem!

Yeah we won't even try to go back there. Not worth the time and effort.

As we pulled into the parking lot the kids were so excited. We unbuckled each child and gathered them up and made our way to the front door just to be utterly disappointed that they were closed. On the bright side we did figured out an alternative and we had a great time. Coming from a family who has owned and operated many businesses which have expanded to many different locations take pride in what they do and have been very successful. I feel that this business is unambiguous. My reasonings are: 1. For 13 years they have been in business, and in those thirteen years they relocated once again to their third location. Yes, owners might switch locations with their business for a variety of reasons, but I feel is the business not established? 2. Hours. - EBTV had a segment called "East Brunswick Business Spotlight" (where they interview new businesses that open in town) As I watched the video the owner states that "We do have open play Monday - Friday from 10-2 an every other Friday starting in the fall." - On their Facebook page the hours state that they are opened Monday - Wednesday 10-2 ; Closed on Thursday ; Open every other Friday 11-3. - If they do close unexpectedly on a day that they're supposed to be open they fail to notify us parents online and it's disappointing. 3. Employees - Employee turnover is a major concern that every business, regardless the size, must address. Although some departures are unavoidable, losing a large number of experienced employees due to voluntary turnover can have a ripple effect on a business. After seeing multiple hiring post on their Facebook page it makes me wonder is their low productivity, low morale, or is the employee feeling undervalued or underutilized. I've always carried this with me. Good customer service always helps retain your customers. It is what keeps your customers coming back and retaining your customers increases your revenue. In conclusion to this post I would not recommend coming here with your children.

My wife and I used Glass Slipper Wedding and Events as our Wedding planner. When we originally…read moretalked about this my wife ask me what I thought about hiring a wedding planner and I told her that I was unsure. I thought that we could do a lot of the things that a wedding planner could do and save some money but at the same time we had so many things to worry about it would be less stressful for us at the wedding to have a wedding planner who we could rely on to make sure everything went smoothly. After everything has been said and done, I could not be happier that we decided to get one and that we decided to work with Rachel at Glass slipper. What I found most helpful was being able to check in with someone who actually knew what to expect. Neither of us had been married before so you can read all the books you want, sometimes you just need a little life experience to really guide some of the decisions your need to make and will likely never have to make again. Being able to talk to and email Rachel made this a little easier for us, went things were quoted and if it sounds a reasonable rate or when something went awry we were able to check in with someone who knew what you could do or alternatives. I think inevitably thing will go wrong the day of your wedding. I think things will go wrong in various levels of impact the week leading up to your wedding, from last minute sick relatives, to things that went missing, to things that weren't thought of. There was managing venders and any mishaps regarding them and working with everyone in the venue. This is where I really appreciated hiring Rachel. I felt like she really did everything she could to lessen the impact of those things we had the ability to control and really help us enjoy our day to the fullest without having to worry about the small stuff. I think that in itself was what made it worth it and I am so happy we went with Glass Slipper Wedding and Events.

Highly personable and responsive, she knows where to offer suggestions (whether it was adding an extra flair or NOT cluttering the venue with extra decor) and also how to calm our nerves. We opted to work with her after we lost our progress on wedding planning due to the pandemic. Over the course of about a year, she helped our wedding planning process go so smoothly, it felt almost too easy at times! Her presence was crucial on the big day, from tracking down stray party members to transporting items throughout the venue. Her sense of humor and industry expertise made the entire process fun rather than stressful. I cannot recommend Rachael enough!
