Great service and very responsive. Fed-Ex lost the package so Gunter Wilhelm immediately sent a replacement by UPS. The knives are fabulous.

But it still was worth it, I've been looking for one for at least 4 years and couldn't find one to my liking, and this was the perfect design. The reason I gave them 4 starts instead of 5 (aside from not making it obvious that you can negotiate) is that they add massive fees, so that after all was said and done, between delivery, fees, tax and tip (compulsory) it cost me a whopping $200 extra-- and the price of the headboard was only $350 to start out with!!! So just add $200 to whatever the price of the item you like is, so you won't be surprised. It'll be more if you're shipping from further away, or the items are from a high-tax state, but unless it's super- cheap and in your nabe-- or has free shipping-- it probably won't be a whole lot less

This is what they describe it as...Krion™ is the solid surface from Porcelanosa Group, a solid, hygienic, non-porous and homogeneous material, composed of two parts aluminium hydroxide powder and one part high quality acrylic resin, in addition to exclusive additives developed by our R&D department. If it is solid why is it stained from hard water after only A few years, why are there cracks at the bottom and the water seeps down into the vanity? When we reached out they said "the warrantee" has run out and there is nothing we can do. It feels like false advertising with and exuberant price. We have called and sent emails and nobody wants to address is. See the pictures for yourself...disgusting. We spent between $40-50k, is this what Porcelanosa stands for? Low quality? Mediocre?

Beautiful show rooms and design ideas. I fell in love with a few slabs of quartz but reality is we came here to replace one of our sinks. We had looked online and through a few wholesalers but couldn't find the exact one that we needed a particular color we needed. A few people had suggested to come here and I'm so happy we did because upon our first visit we had the most amazing customer service and they helped us get exactly what we needed. Mind you it was a very particular color for a dated space so I'm so happy we came here and they helped us pinpoint it exactly. Prices are very fair. Would highly recommend to anyone. I was so grateful to learn of Imperial because they had the stone I wanted and the quality was far superior than any other marble I could find in the tristate area. The quality far exceeded my expectations. They installed marble slabs on my shower walls, and a mitered shower curb and vanity countertop. The job is beyond pristine and I couldn't be happier! The company who will be installing our frameless shower doors couldn't get over the gorgeous job and mitered corners...and he certainly sees a ton of bathrooms!! Imperial is committed to ensuring you are happy with everything and their customer service is bar none! My parents will be using Imperial for their bathroom and I'll be coming back for more marble for my master bath, which is currently in progress! Thanks again, Hershey, and everyone at Imperial for an outstanding experience! A+++++!

I know what to expect when it comes to ordering and installation of kitchen and baths. It can be challenging. Previously, we did our kitchen smack in the middle of the inflation backside of the pandemic. It wasn't without issue, but between the local cabinet dealer and contractor it was finished in 3 months. Last December when things calmed down, we decided to do our Master Bath. How difficult can that be, right? My wife and I decided to use Furguson instead of Best Plumbing supply. BIG MISTAKE. As of today, 4/19/2023 we are approaching 5 MONTHS and still have no delivery of the items we ordered. We did our part. We paid 100% upfront, and after three telephone calls and NO CALL BACK OR UPDATE, I decided to stop in to inquire why it's taking so long. The manager was condescending, and simply wanted only to wait on those looking to buy product instead of servicing. Their commitment to customer service is completely absent. They have a polished sales pitch, but do not follow through after the sale. My suggestion is to be very careful and remember this is a publicly traded company and backed by Private Equity. That should tell you something. I just learned that today...

I am still ecstatic about the result -- I mean like I still smile every time I walk into the kitchen and open the fridge door!! Fast forward to Thanksgiving 2022... 4 year old grandson decides to throw something and dented the kick panel under the refrigerator. I was really something rather minor... but my OCD was kicking in big time, so I gave Rissa a call and she sorted it out... and I mean WAY over and above sorted it out. I have rarely ever been as happy with a vendor / provider -- while I had expected the worst, it was very much the opposite -- they have not yet invented words to describe how much I think this firm has some of the best "after sale support" [and we're talking a LOT of years past the actual sale!!]. While I doubt I'll be replacing a kitchen again anytime soon... if anyone ever asks me for a recommendation, there will be zero hesitation on this recommendation.

We really enjoyed working with Carmi to establish the design and that process was very painless and flexible. We were set to start on renovations in early 2020 however with COVID, we had to delay our renovations due to the building's policy. Kuche+Cucina was super understanding and held our cabinets for us until we were ready and felt comfortable with proceeding with renovations given the circumstances. However, the main reason that this is a 3 star review is that we definitely had some issues working with the renovation coordinator. Though I think we were all in unfamiliar waters with the pandemic I definitely felt like there were quite a few times when the ball was dropped on their side. For example we weren't told in advance that our contractor would need to move certain outlets in order for the cabinets to be installed even though we had asked explicitly beforehand if there was anything that needed to be done in advance. This caused delays in the whole process and required the other renovation company to schedule last minute changes around them which luckily they had no issue with. There were also multiple times that we were asked for information in an urgent manner that we had already provided prior which made the process quite stressful. In addition it seemed like coordination between Kuche+Cucina and the actual workers was a bit messy and just confusing in general. We would be asked one thing by the workers and be told by Kuche+Cucina to just not worry about it. But then later it would come up as a last minute problem and Kuche+Cucina seemed just as confused as we were and said that this was an issue with the contractors rather than take responsibility for their poor communication with their contractors. I expected a profession kitchen renovation company to be more organized especially for a relatively straightforward cabinet installation. Some requests were also totally ignored. For example, we requested that a soap dispenser hole be made in the countertop we ordered and received confirmation from the group but no hole was ever made. It's not really a huge deal to us but it's definitely just one example of many small communication issues that we had with Kuche+Cucina and the communication between them and their contractors. Meanwhile the other renovation company that we worked with for the rest of the apartment work was super communicative and easy to work with even when we hit unexpected road bumps. Since all this occurred during an unprecedented pandemic I would take our experience with a grain of salt but we probably wouldn't choose to work with Kuche+Cucina in the future.

I found Art of Kitchen Tile & Bath when searching…read moreonline for nearby places I could visit to compare prices to a quote I had already received from elsewhere. After reading the reviews, I figured this would be a good place to comparison shop. Best decision I could have made!!! From the moment I walked in, I knew this was an amazing business. Everyone was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Another very important point for me was that there was absolutely no sales pressure. That's a HUGE plus! Long story short, I had received a quote for over $46,000.00 for the cabinets I wanted. This quote did not include any extras like pull out tray/drawers, lazy susans, utensil cabinets next to stove, etc. The price I ended up paying for all of the same cabinets from the original quote from the other guy plus additional cabinets, special pieces, drawer pulls, lazy susan/utensil drawer/pull out trays/drawers, etc. was just under $21,000.00!!! This price was for the exact same manufacturer (Fabuwood) and same exact color as quoted by the other guy...That's a $25,000.00 difference! (If my actual cost seems like a lot please note I got an insane amount of cabinets/pantries, etc.) Also, I don't know how I was so fortunate as to work extensively with Furkhan, but he was incredible throughout the entire renovation process! Despite the fact that I knew what I wanted for our renovations, I knew nothing about the actual process/details. Furkhan was pretty much available 24/7 and spent an endless amount of time with me going over every detail, making sure I didn't miss anything I might need, and answering my never ending questions. He took the time to learn exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure the desired results! He also came up with ideas that seemed minor but ultimately made the difference between me really liking my kitchen to absolutely loving it!!! (I still just look at the kitchen when I walk in and smile at the results). Another huge plus was that he worked seamlessly with my contractor and everyone else involved in the project (plumber, appliance place, etc.) to ensure the smooth flow of every aspect of the project. Even when I had a small problem with an outside vendor, he took care of it for me and made sure it was resolved immediately. He kept on top of everything going on and kept me updated accordingly. I cannot possibly thank Art of Kitchen Tile & Bath enough for all their hard work. Everyone who has walked into our house cannot stop talking about how beautiful it is and about the quality of the work! And I can never thank Furkhan enough for his insights and suggestions and handling the project with such professionalism as well as following up on every detail to ensure the incredible results we achieved! Alcraft, however, really was a world of difference.. We really didn't understand the benefits that having a kitchen designer, with decades of experience. When we met with Bruce at Alcraft, we had already spoken to several cabinet sales people/designers. From the first meeting we could tell that Alcraft was not like other providers. Bruce thought of logistical details right away that neither other designers nor ourselves considered and turned out to be very important. As one example, we planned to have a pot-filler not far from an upper cabinet, and Alcraft immediately explained that most pot fillers would end up hitting the cabinet, given the mechanics of how they fold. Bruce gave us some workable options and even drove with us to look at pot-fillers that fit without having to change the layout or redo the plumbing. Also, given that we had already contracted with an installer prior to meeting Alcraft, we assumed that Alcraft would simply design the kitchen and sell us the cabinets. But Bruce and Jill visited our site to insure continuity. They came to our apartment for the delivery of the kitchen as well as during and after the installation process. Alcraft cares about the service delivery quality. Kountry Kraft quality and craftsmanship is readily apparent. Alcraft's experience and overall thoughtfulness on the project was all the difference for us. They helped us think through how we would navigate and utilize the kitchen in order to design the most utilitarian (and beautiful) kitchen space. They were truly committed to the project: promptly responded to all exchanges whether it be by phone or email. I associate their work and expertise with a time when people cared about getting everything -- a kind of perfectionism that surpasses client expectations. Alcraft truly approaches a kitchen as built-to-last and have that in mind throughout the entire process. We tell everyone we know about them. They were a delight to work with.

I was doing a bathroom remodel and after the purchase, a wrong item was delivered. I raised this to the store manager and then to the district office (General Plumbing Supply) only to be told that it was my fault and that I should have checked the box upon delivery. Okay so perhaps maybe, but no one told me when I made the purchase. My advice, when you get delivery, ask the driver to wait, open up all the boxes, remove all the packaging, check the item and all the parts. Not sure a delivery person would wait for that but that is what I was told to do. Oh, and the district manager told me that I got the right item for my project. Hmmm, is he using my bathroom?
