I called in to speak to someone and confirm if my warranty would cover it. The manager who took my call confirmed and was great, transferred me to the service department and Jeff was ALSO amazing. In the past I've felt like getting an appointment at the dealer is like pulling teeth, but they were happy to fit me in the next day. Appointment was smooth and efficient, I felt like they were more than happy to make a stressful situation as seamless as possible. I could not be more grateful! My only negative is that I had reached out multiple times a few months ago to inquire about upgrading my infotainment system. Several no-answers later and I did get an email from a woman who was not at all helpful, so I just gave up. I literally just want to give you my money, so I really shouldn't have to beg.

Without disclosure, they sold me a car with JB WELD holding a cracked transmission to the axle. Not only did they not disclose it, now they are saying they didnt do it or have knowledge. Got into a minor accident and they say that I must of had it done. Well, I have pictures and documentation from the body shop which is 4 blocks from my house. No way would any shop use JB weld to hold a cracked transmission to an axle. So now it looks like we are heading into arbitration as they are claiming negligence and my minor accident make this my fault. I dont think they expected me to have easy access to a local mom and pop body shop to get a complete write up and report on the work they did. Funny thing is when I called Walser they said, how were we supposed to know? They acknowledged they might have not seen it. On the phone, then in their response to the AG found a minor accident that makes them not responsible. If you buy anything used from them I would make sure to have a shop look at everything and I mean everything. Clearly they are trying to get over on people. If anyone is interested I have photos of the JB Weld job. Dont know how you do an inspection and completely miss this! Then say this is common practice from 3rd party shops! LIES BUYER BEWARE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

We arrived at the appointment, had the vehicles waiting and answered all of our questions. We told him we had other vehicles to look at and did not pressure us. He kindly followed up during the day with some updates and we went back, negotiated a deal we were satisfied with and he stayed with us until it was time to go. Very happy with TJ's service and that of Luther Burnsville Hyundai. We are in the market for another vehicle so we have TJ looking for us. He understood our needs Got direct very straight answers Was persistent but not pushy Car was ready for us in perfect condition He kept in touch with us post purchase They accommodated us to keep the vehicle there for a day and even texted us how we could get the keys He delivered the exact vehicle my wife wanted, the color, the year for the price I was comfortable with.

I show up and I'm told they will need to keep the car and it will be "two or three days" before it gets in. Meanwhile a dude walks in off the street and asks to get an oil change and is ushered in directly. What? Meanwhile, before it's even checked in, I have multiple texts on my phone about trading in my car and getting a new one. Flash forward and it's now Monday, I'm given another run around about things but no answers, however they had a service advisor call me. Again, no answers, more questions. I'm told nothing and I'm pushed another week before I a text stating I need a new motor. Still, no diagnosis, no explanation, no how did we get from dash light to new engine. I decline, clearly, and I get another call stating I should call consumer affairs. Needless to say it had been 3 weeks and I still had no answer. From the arrogance at the service desk, blowing me off and just forgetting me on a stack of paper on your desk, to the shady BS, this isn't your place. Anywhere but here. I'm done with Hyundai and Luther Automotive in the whole. If this is how everyone is treated here, it's a wonder they're even still open. I can't take stars away here but I would have gone with about a -2 on this visit. Just bad.

What are we to do! Now there are four old guys up front instead of three all concentrated on this printer. I'm waiting; and waiting; and the look of astute horror continued on the faces of these gents. If you're reading this, you probably well know that the world did not end. On that, I thought I might mention to the foursome that I'd like to pay and leave sometime before Christmas, but I was afraid in my own right I might say something a little more harsh. Drawing this tale (review) to a close, I did go to Napa and saved 4 bucks on the same damn light bulbs.
