In the past I've felt like getting an appointment at the dealer is like pulling teeth, but they were happy to fit me in the next day. Appointment was smooth and efficient, I felt like they were more than happy to make a stressful situation as seamless as possible. I could not be more grateful! My only negative is that I had reached out multiple times a few months ago to inquire about upgrading my infotainment system. Several no-answers later and I did get an email from a woman who was not at all helpful, so I just gave up. I literally just want to give you my money, so I really shouldn't have to beg.

No way would any shop use JB weld to hold a cracked transmission to an axle. So now it looks like we are heading into arbitration as they are claiming negligence and my minor accident make this my fault. I dont think they expected me to have easy access to a local mom and pop body shop to get a complete write up and report on the work they did. Funny thing is when I called Walser they said, how were we supposed to know? They acknowledged they might have not seen it. On the phone, then in their response to the AG found a minor accident that makes them not responsible. If you buy anything used from them I would make sure to have a shop look at everything and I mean everything. Clearly they are trying to get over on people. Everything about my experience was spot on…read more - They were able to get me in quickly - The gentleman at the front desk spent a good amount of time explaining what the plan was and what all costs associated with the work would be before starting - everyone that spoke to me explained things clearly, and in a non-condescending way - they told me that over 1K of work another garage said my car needed was not needed at all - I came in asking for new brake pads and rotors, and a check engine light diagnostic. I left with a $30 tab, check engine light off/fixed, and a plan to come back in a few months for brake pads only. He said if it were his car, he'd wait because nothing was urgent.
