I liked that they have rental guns so I was able to try 5 or 6, but yeah, he was not fun to listen to. Very repetitive, very passionate about it and not very nice. The selection from a year ago was minimal at best. I haven't been in there for about a year and it's because I had a bad experience in trying to ship a gun that I purchased to their location. Unfortunately, I may go in there again to see what it's like. The service again has always been good. The prices are reasonable. The individuals there are great. I just didn't like my experience as it pertain to transferring a firearm to their location. And, they really didn't have a selection. So the three stars is really based on the fact that it's been a year since I've been there and my bad experience. The reality is I'd give them five stars if that a bad experience wasn't there and they had a better selection. I would recommend calling and going in to see for yourself. For me it's a maybe

I've been using other FFL dealers and heard the price here is better. I thought I wanted to share…read moresome feedback about my experience today because the situation was pretty frustrating and I think it mostly came down to communication. About a week ago I had a firearm shipped to your shop for transfer. Earlier today while I was working out in downtown Edmonds, I received a call from your store letting me know that my firearm had arrived and that I could come in anytime today to start the transfer process. Because I was excited to get the process going (10 day hold) and had been waiting for it to arrive, I actually stopped my workout immediately and drove over. It's about a 30-minute drive for me to get to your shop since I chose your store over others that are closer to me because your transfer pricing is better. However, when I arrived around 1:00 PM, the door was locked with a sign saying "At lunch, be back at 2 PM." What made this frustrating is that the call I received earlier was around 12:30 PM, and at no point during that call was it mentioned that the shop would be closed for an hour shortly after (I told them I'd see them soon today and and they told me "see you in a bit!"). If I had known that the store would be closed until 2:00 PM, I simply would have planned my trip differently or come later in the afternoon. Instead, I ended up driving 30 minutes only to sit in the parking lot for an hour (literally 58minutes) waiting for the store to reopen. Because of the distance, it doesn't make sense for me to drive back home and then return again. I completely understand that staff need lunch breaks, and that's not the issue. The frustration comes from being told I could come "anytime today" without being informed that the shop would actually be closed for a period of time shortly after the call. A simple mention during the call like, "You can come today, but we're stepping out for lunch from 1pm until 2 PM," would have avoided the entire situation and allowed me to plan accordingly. I chose to have the transfer done at your shop even though it's farther away because of the pricing, but in this case the extra time and inconvenience ended up outweighing the savings. I just wanted to share this feedback because better communication could prevent this kind of situation for future customers. I'll will say they are very friendly tho and the process was relatively easy.

There were 5 bros sitting around talking, who looked at me like I was their worst liberal enemy. He then tried to give me a lesson on why this is such a triggering, offensive term to the gun bros. I guess one of the actual owners of the store realized that he was in business to make money and not attack potential customers and then showed me a couple of used AR-15s. He showed me one used firearm that I later Googled and found I could get it cheaper brand new online. The owner's response was beyond insane and continued for hours. Steer clear of these idiots.
