WARNING DO NOT GIVE SEAN (ARS Professional Driver Services) YOUR MONEY…read more My daughter took basic driving lessons from school but I wanted her to get "professional" lessons before scheduling her driving exam. I spoke to Sean at ARS Professional Driver Services twice before I decided to have my daughter take lessons from him because I liked how he explained his methods to me over the phone. BIG , HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! I paid $695.50 for what was supposed to be 10 lessons but only received 6 lessons (if you would even like to call it that)! The very 1st time Sean picked my daughter up for a driving assessment he was late, showed up in a car rental smelling like cigarette smoke, his wife was in the car with him and they decided to go get something to eat while my daughter was in the car. The 2nd time he was supposed to pick my daughter up, he called from a nearby gas station and cancelled because (are you ready for this) he FORGOT HIS DRIVERS LICENSE and needed to go back home so he decided to cancel. How in the world are you a driving instructor and forget your license which is the very thing you need to do your JOB!!!!! The 3rd time a double lesson was scheduled. Not a full 2 hours was given so I felt cheated. The 4th time another double lesson was scheduled and when he picked my daughter up he said he needed to cancel the 2nd hour of the lesson because "he has something to take care of". WHAT the WHAT???? Ready for the best part of this......although he did not complete all 10 lessons he requested that I schedule my daughter's driving exam and promised that the remaining 4 lessons would be completed before the scheduled exam. I texted him to schedule the 4 classes and he never responded. I called him and he did respond but told me he would schedule them soon. The day before my daughter's driving exam he had his wife call me to request that I reschedule the exam because their car broke down. HE DIDN"T CALL ME....HIS WIFE DID!!!! I asked her about the remaining 4 classes and she said after their car was fixed they would call me. THAT WAS A MONTH AGO!!! This guy and his wife are running a SCAM....this is not a real business! I read the other reviews which seem to be good reviews but I wouldn't be supposed if they wrote those reviews themselves. PLEASE DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS SERVICE/COMPANY.......WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I am so disappointed in this man but now realize his only talent is having the "gift of gab" to get people to buy into his service BUT DOES NOT DELIVER!!!!

The management of a business is one thing (and something that the average person typically doesn't get involved with except for those one-off instances), but the actual EXPERIENCE that you receive at the place from those who provide the service, is unparalleled. It is a family! They are very caring, respectful, and understanding. I came to Arthur Murray Dance Centers in Clermont without any previous dance experience, at all! I was a fantastic chair dancer and I could wiggle my butt off while cleaning or cooking, but that's as far as it went. In my time at Arthur Murray, I've never been talked down to or made to feel insignificant. The instructors are very supportive of how far, how big and how fast you want to go. But to know this and to experience this, you have to actually spend some time there. Don't expect to get a good feel for a place if you walk out the door at the first chance you get. The cost is not cheap. That is true. But you get what you pay for and I see it as an INVESTMENT in myself. Dance is my therapy, and I'd rather pay for dance therapy than any of the other therapies, including physical therapy and medication, which did not help my chronic pain illness. I am glad that I gave Arthur Murray a chance, and I am happy to have stuck around long enough to see them overcome the bumps and grow into the cohesive and strong family they are.

Our first meeting was at West Orange High School. My adult children visited West Orange MANY times as Dr Phillips High School was considered their rival during football season. Now, granted, my kids graduated 10+ years ago, I was speechless to see how far OCPS has come with education, especially at West Orange. The campus is beautifully laid out and has a large outdoor open area for students to meet up and talk during free time. What really blew me away was that many, if not MOST classes are totally digital/electronic. Each student has laptop and the curriculum is fully loaded on the laptops. Teachers use an interactive power-point type program in front of the class and can manage what students are doing, and gauge the lesson plan instantly based on student results. Another great thing about the 'electronic classroom' is that parents can also monitor their student's growth academically. Since this is the 'digital generation' I honestly believe using computers to teach with helps students take a greater interest in learning, and motivates the students to learn and hopefully grow further with a solid education. Of course, there are subjects that just cannot be taught fully on a computer; arts, music, sports but I have a feeling the computers are still used in those classrooms, too [only saw marine biology first hand]. The students at West Orange also seem to have great respect for their teachers and the entire education team. Keep doing what you are doing West Orange High! Each time I called, - yes, multiple calls- my questions were patiently and thoroughly answered. There was a large availability of time slots for the road test - unlike the county Tax Collector Offices. On the day of the test, we arrived very early for our appointment since we drove from Orlando Kip immediately accommodated us (we were definitely willing to wait for our time slot if needed), helped us through the paperwork (using my out of state car), and provided us with the tablet for the review. My daughter said during the road test, he was kind, patient, and supportive. While I nervously waited and paced in the building, another All Class employee offered me a bottle of water and talked with me to reduce my nerves. There was a lot riding on her passing, as my flight was the next morning, but if we needed to reschedule for the FREE retest, the next weekday had ample availability. Upon passing, Kip explained that she needed to go to the tax office to get her license. We shared that we also needed to do a change of address, but we didn't have the documents with us. So, he helped us and printed what we needed, which was definitely above and beyond what All Class needed to do. This allowed us to get to the Lakeland office, change her address, and walk out with her license 45 minutes later. I cannot recommend All Class enough!
