Yum it was all cooked perfectly the eggs were like molten gold with the yoke pouring out when cut into. The rosti were nice and crispy with out being too fatty. As side serve of chorizo and some kale to green it up was a nice addition. Yum. Please can I go back there. Don't hesitate if your in bright. I had a liquid gold turmeric latte, the vegan schnitzel parmigiana (made with Bio-Cheese), and a vegan cookie for dessert. My boyfriend had the house-made vegetable and barley broth with garlic toast. Both of our mains were on the "lunch specials" menu and not on the regular menu, so I'm not sure how often you can actually order them, but both were DELICIOUS. My parma was easily the best vegan parma I've ever had (much better than the one at the Cornish Arms in Melbourne), and my boyfriend's barley and veggie soup was really hearty and tasty as well. Price-wise, it did seem a little on the expensive side, but given this is a country town and ingredients like Bio-cheese are not readily available, I can understand the pricing.
