She even berates the other employees (who are very customer oriented) right in front of the public. I mean, if you don't like working with others including customers, then you are in the wrong business. So, I just try and get one of the other employees when I shop there or I go to the Ft. Myer's store, where I haven't experienced any issues. Adam and Melissa are my go to people there and are very friendly and helpful always.
