About a year ago I switched from another company because my AC wasn't working and it was extremely hot. It stopped working at 4:30 in the afternoon. I tried calling a couple of companies and no one answered and then I tried Certified. Someone answered the phone immediately and when I told them I was not a customer but had no AC they told me someone would be there as soon as possible. I called them back when I noticed a few minutes later that there was water leaking from a part of the machine. They informed the tech about my problem and stayed in touch with me about his arrival time. He was here by 6 and worked until everything was complete. I had them here a few more times and was very pleased with their technicians and their prices. I was also impressed that their customer service manager, Brandon Murphy, has also been a big help to me. I had a question about one of the charges I paid when they had sent someone out. I reached out to him because I just didn't have a good feeling about the necessity of sending out someone for a question I called the office with. Brandon agreed there shouldn't have been a charge. Within a couple of days I had a credit to my charge account. It is so nice to finally find such a good company in such a competitive industry. I truly believe that these people are not all about the money. They care about providing great service and treating the customers with respect. If you do that right, everything else will follow. After a service call for regular maintenance yesterday, I was so impressed by the tech,Cesar, I wanted to write this review. Have 3 other compaines come out and estimates are 4 to 5 thousand. Oh and last tech said no charge their fault for not fixing correctly but now they are billing me. So want your unit destroyed and then get to pay 2 to 3 times what others charge then choose Famliy Air!
