This is conveniently located on Suffield St. which is MA 75 if you're going to CT or going to go towards MA 57 for I-91 no matter if North or South or you opt to head further onto MA 57 going to Feeding Hills/Southwick/Westfield plus leading onto Cooper St. if heading toward the library/senior center/high school or going to Main St. so you got the deal now. Best cappuccino in the bit plus the price I'm telling you is ultra good ($1.59 for medium man that isn't bad I'll say and a good tasting one) Now they got all the bits of size of coffee or such so they got small, medium & large obviously. She's usually working wherever I'm here. She is very helpful with me when I'm picking up some Massachusetts lottery tickets. This is a clean location with a clean public restroom and plenty of easy parking in their private lot. It's a great location which is directly off of the highway. It's on a service road that runs parallel with the highway. But Just because it is extremely convenient they don't gouge you on the gas prices like most places do when they're right off of the hgwy. Kudos to them with keeping their prices in check. I have been stopping here and filling up for years now. Dozens of years. They deserve a proper review and reviews to come.

The assistant manager, Hector, told me I had to get the new app. I asked for help with it. He handed me a brochure and said follow directions. It was not clear to me so I asked for assistance again. He refused. I finally got the app loaded in my truck, but it was not clear how to use it. I went back in the store and the other attendant helped me out. What a difference. one wanted to help and the assistant manager, Hector, didn't. That's how you lose customers.

While running errands, I stopped inside to get a tea and pay for my gas.. I can't believe how humid it was in there. It's Oct now, 65 degrees out, there's no reason why the inside should be hot. On top of that, the cashier told me their AC wasn't working all summer. That is awful! For such a busy gas station the owner needs to step up and take care of his/her employees better!! I'm giving 4 stars because of the EMPLOYEES. They keep the place is clean, the outside trash is always taken care of (not over flowing or dirty), windshield cleaner is always filled for use, and inside is always swept up, floors are never filthy. Seriously, they're great ladies working in there. Whoever owns this gas station should be ashamed of themselves. Taking them for granted.
