Tim and John from Gulf Coast Plumbing did excellent work on what we thought was a leak repair at our house. Before we called Gulf Coast Plumbing, a leak detection company had told us the leak was under our guest bathroom floor. John dug a hole in the tile to get to it, only to find dry ground and no leak there. Once another leak detection company tracked the actual leak to an outside hose bib, we called Gulf Coast back to fill the hole with concrete and prep it for new tile, and they got right on it.
Both visits they showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and left the work area spotless when they finished. That kind of consistency matters, especially on a job that took two visits through no fault of their own.
