Avoid this place I have tried to contact the owner and they…read morerefuses to call me back. I spoke to the gentleman that answers the phone and he keeps telling me he's going to take a message and have the owner get back to me. Then he tells me the owners at lunch and he'll call me when he gets back or he went to get parts and he'll call me when he gets back and Has not replied! They chrged me for work they clearly didnt do,see pictures. I took it in for one problem and told them if they fix that problem then to do other miscellaneous items and gave them a separate list. They did not fix my original problem. They charged me for doing the other miscellaneous items, but did not do them. The motorhome is very large and I cannot get under it until I took it to another shop and they showed me where the work was not performed Included photos. Also all batteries needed to be replaced after I got it back to them. Apparently, they did not turn off the switch to shut off the house, batteries or the engine batteries and completely drains them. In fact when I went to get it, they had to jumpstart it so I could leave and I cannot get the batteries to come back up so I had to replace all the batteries a total of nine RV batteries at $400 each They also had my RV for six weeks. I took it over there. They told me they were busy this week, but they would get to it next week six weeks later they told me they can't fix the problem. I took it there for and give it back to me with all this damage .

I found the valve in less that two hours, I'll just make the repairs myself. not a business I would recommend when the can be bothered to call you back. my thoughts, the $85 was a rip off

Asked to review oil leak and then diagnostics as a check engine had been on. They did a…read morediagnostics and found nothing. And told me to check for the oil leak it could be $1500 plus parts. What? I called after my wife had stopped in to check on car and that's how I got my information. I called after I heard that and said that's it, if the diagnostics turned up nothing and you don't see oil leaking, I will handle it myself. I go to pay for the $240 diagnostics and find, low and behold, the check engine lite did go on and they then had the information for me. BTW, it's the same report I received from advanced auto for FREE!!! I don't have a comfortable feeling spending $2000 on having them repair my old Mercedes. I think it could be money better spent at the Mercedes dealership, albeit more, but I would know they knew what they were doing. Do your homework, find another repair group. It's just an opinion and everyone has one. I seldom make a comment, but today, I had to speak out.

In an emergency, I needed a new battery and starter on my Infiniti Fx45. I had car towed to I'm and…read morethe owner was extremely helpful. I purchased the batter from him and the starter motor from Amazon. Gave him motor on Friday and he called Monday morning and said car was ready. His labor rate was reasonable and the battery was correct for the car. Infiniti is picky about what you put on them. He specializes in European autos but obviously can fix them all. While there he had Jags, MB, Porsche, etc. Super nice guy.
