If I could give this place negative stars. I would. The store is supposed to open at 10:00 AM…read more Somebody finally came and unlocked the doors at 10:05 AM. When I walked in, they asked me what I was looking for. I told them I was looking for a dash cam set up. They pointed towards the middle of the store and told me that I would find it there. I couldn't find anyone that could answer any questions about the systems. There were six people standing up front talking to each other. People blame Amazon for putting these stores out of business. These stores are doing it to themselves with lousy service. I made a comment to all six of them as I was walking out the door that I was just going to go order it on Amazon. Their comment was "OK whatever". They didn't care. The staff at this store is completely useless. They don't even try to help. And as it turns out. The dash cam is cheaper on Amazon. I tried to buy from an actual store. But they didn't want the business.

The guy working in the mowers definitely did great he talked me out of buying a basic push mower into the space saver, self propelled push mower and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I have always enjoyed Menards over the other stores here but at times prices are cheaper else where. However push mowers much cheaper here a basic push mower at the others where going for what I paid for the one I purchased!
