We were delighted with the speed with which the job was scheduled. The weather caused a slight delay but they finished quickly and left no mess behind! I liked that we were kept informed on the progress; we regularly received photos and communications especially when sections of the roof were found to be in rough shape. He also met my need to get the work done as soon as possible. In fact, after telling me that there was a two-month waiting list, once I approved the estimate, they showed up to begin the job just two days later. Not sure how that happened, but I'm not complaining. Steven, the job foreman, was very professional and highly skilled, notwithstanding his youth. Why do people I meet keep getting younger? He is a perfectionist, a virtue which you rarely encounter with home contractors. He even helped guide me with the color selection. I threw him a few curve balls during the job, and he did everything I asked him to do with a smile. He and his crew were on time every day, and were all polite, neat, and hard-working. They are acrobats on high ladders, and barely dripped a drop of paint where it didn't belong. The finished job looks great, and exceeded my expectations. It is also worth mentioning that Wilber's guarantees the durability of the paint job for three years. All the others who bid offered a two year guarantee. I can't speak to their other services, but I would hire Wilber's again for a major painting project, and recommend them.

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service and their attention to detail. Bob Rose met with me to go over the project and make sure we were all on the same page. There were no surprises. Well, maybe just one - it turns out one of the paint colors I picked out was hideous after it was applied. I've never been good with color charts; this was completely my fault. Bob and the job foreman readily let me pick another color, drove to Morristown and picked up the paint and corrected my error without skipping a beat. All work was done in the time frame and price that was promised. The painters did outstanding work. They're skilled, professional, and extremely hard workers. Someone on…read moreFacebook recommended him to me when my kitchen cabinets had become worn and damaged in the corners. They either needed to be refinished or painted, and we decided to paint them. From the moment I reached out, Samir responded right away. He is an unbelievably good communicator. Because of scheduling and logistics, we did a lot of texting, and he promptly provided me with a detailed written estimate. Once I chose my color, he handled everything -- purchasing all the paint and supplies, and arriving with his assistant fully prepared. They carefully protected and taped off everything before starting. They were highly efficient, clearly experienced, and paid close attention to every detail. On the first day, they meticulously removed all the cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware, organizing everything carefully in containers. Then they sanded everything thoroughly. They took the doors with them, and just two days later returned to reinstall everything. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. My kitchen looks amazing, and I could not be happier. I would like to separate out the work product from the service aspect. The work product you can seen from the pictures - our bathrooms are transformed. It's one thing to select nice finishes and materials and another thing to install them with care and quality. They delivered on both. Then, there is the service aspect. My wife was late into her pregnancy when we started the work and then we had a newborn and a young child too while the work was being finalized. Samir and team were so conscientious - there were times when we weren't even sure they were there because the were working so quietly. I began working with Anthony a decade ago. At a prior home, he and his team turned my 90 year old basement into a luxurious lower level. The walls were cement block and wire under stucco. We opened, drilled and repositioned everything -- without getting dust all over our living spaces upstairs. They asked all the right questions of me, and when I was too busy to be involved I knew I could pass the detail decisions off to them. It worked like a charm. From that experience, we hired him to do a bathroom remodel. It was flawless and spotless once again.
