Our daughter absolutely thrives in this environment--she walks in every day with confidence and joy, and comes home with stories, songs, and new skills that amaze us. It became apparent that we were treated differently than other families, with a noticeable lack of engagement or interest in our questions and concerns. This behavior raised serious doubts about the school's commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. If the staff members in charge of admissions and tours are displaying such disregard for prospective families, it makes us question how they will treat the children and foster an environment of respect and care. Additionally, it was concerning that only positive reviews were highlighted, and negative feedback seemed to be ignored or filtered out, which raises concerns about the transparency of the school's practices. We strongly believe that all children deserve to be in an environment where they are accepted, valued, and treated equally--regardless of their background or appearance. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling excluded and uncomfortable. We hope the school takes these concerns seriously and works toward fostering a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all families. The teachers and the administration really cares about the child well being and know each child on an individual level, even the administration staff. The lead teacher of the toddler room, Atsupi Anthony, gave our 16 month old a cup of laundry detergent which she tried to drink, in addition to dish soap and hand soap. The only reason we know it happened is that she sent us a photo of it with a caption describing it. The Friday before this incident we had spoken to the director about other concerns with Ms Anthony's judgement. I observed her yelling to another teacher not to give a toddler food after his cheese stick fell on the floor ("he needs to learn a lesson and not drop he food") He's under 2, kids drop things. The director said she would investigate and counsel Ms Anthony, that we should trust her because she has many years of experience and parents love her. We notified the regional manager about the laundry detergent and Bright Horizons has, in accordance with their HR policy, decided to counsel her and leave her in charge of the class. Their policy is to counsel, reprimand and then terminate. The regional manager said that Ms Anthony doesn't have anything in her record, that the yelling incident was not recorded and they have to start with counseling her. I'm not sure you can counsel good judgement into someone and am not going to let her practice with my child. For these reasons we are concerned that Bright Horizons does not take safety seriously and have chosen to remove her.

Our daughter has been there for the past two years since she started daycare at four months. She loves all of the teachers she has had and is learning so much! My daughter is so happy to be there and we truly feel like her teachers are part of our family too. It makes us feel so great that she enjoys it so much and she is very well taken care of. As first time parents, everyone was so helpful too with our transition to daycare and all of the updates and pictures from the day help us to feel in touch with what is happening in her day.

They speak to your children in a way that allows them to rise to their full potential. My kids love their teachers and I can tell the teachers love my kids too. I like how they have a teacher that specializes in each subject that the kids rotate to just like they will do in middle and high school. My son has been in daycare since he was 10 months old (at a different school). The director/principal, Marilynn is extremely sweet and cares about the kids. Ms. Shannon was helpful with the process and has been our second eyes in terms of the activities that they offer. Although my son likes gymnastics, it may not be his top 5 . His teachers Ms. Ramita and Ms. Christy have been amazing. Providing recommendations on how to help with the new school transition as well as offering my son various options during drop off to make drop off easier on him.
