This time I did my homework on the new ENT doctor and found good reviews about him so hopefully I get better help this time.

He makes his diagnosis before the exam - what little exam there is. Not only this but he lied in the notes he sent my doctor. He said that I denied having hearing loss when I never said any such thing! I brought my sister with me to this visit and she is my witness to the rudeness this man has. I cannot understand how he calls himself a doctor. I have pain in my right ear, dizziness, vertigo, loss of hearing or muffled hearing, ringing, he diagnosed it as migraine - which I do have - but my doctor sent me there because he saw fluid in there - this guy made up his mind before even looking inside my ear....then concluded that I am stressed. Perhaps but the mannerism to tell me was extremely rude and uncalled for. I don't think he did a complete exam either. I think there is something wrong with my inner ear -

She's so friendly, welcoming, and always had an answer to my questions. The procedure I had done was lower blepharoplasty. Surgery took place on a thursday. Post-op wasn't bad at all. No pain, no discomfort, minimal bruising, and I was back to work by Monday. My eye bags were something I was always so insecure about, so after some research, I scheduled my consult. Best thing I have done for myself! My confidence has never been so high. Highly recommend!

I took my son to Dr. Montalvo after he exhibited multiple symptoms and had lost a significant amount of weight in a short period. Previously, we visited Doctors Medical Center, which was equally incompetent. They couldn't identify any obvious problems from the CT scan and advised us to follow up with our PCP. Dr. Montalvo's appointment was super quick and unproductive. He showed no sense of urgency regarding my son's condition and did do enough to address our concerns. My son was just diagnosed with major autoimmune disorder and waiting,.....If I could give a negative five-star rating, I would! He seems only suitable for treating minor cuts and colds. However, I must mention that Rene in his office was very helpful.
