If you're looking for discounted items for your Disney trip--or you're just a Disney fan--this is definitely the place to go. The price cuts compared to Walt Disney World are huge, and you can save a lot instead of paying those in-park prices. I've been here when it's super quiet, and I've also had to wait in line just to get inside--it really depends on timing. I've found everything from Lilly Pulitzer pieces to great clothing, accessories, and Disney bags. It can be hit or miss, but when you score, it's worth it. If you have kids--or just want to avoid breaking the bank--this is absolutely a must-stop.

She rings us up like a robot, clearly pissed at something. Then she takes the same iPhone from the argument earlier and shoves it in my wife's face. "Email!" she says. My wife asks why do you need my email? "You won't get a receipt without it" That's fine, we are 3K miles from home, we like what we bought and we certainly aren't returning it. Also we can read the 50 signs spread out throughout the store "ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS" and we are totally fine with that, no problem. Wife says, no thanks I don't want to put my email in you guys probably already have it anyways", her: "you won't get 10% off, 15% off, you get no receipt!" Really? Since when? That attitude and pure disdain displayed to us clearly shows she hates her job. I get it, people have rough days, but after witnessing how she treated her fellow employee in front of customers and the rudeness displayed to us, I felt the need to write this review. When we first pulled into the parking lot, we were surprised at how lame the place looked. It comes off like a generic, run down strip mall that you probably have near your hometown, but never gave a seconds thought to. After walking around a bit, it was clear that there were no deals here. The pricing for most items we checked seemed to be on par with what you would pay online, maybe even a bit more. Also, the amount of inventory on hand was either erratic or sparse. In the end, the negative vibe of this place just sucked the energy out of us. We didn't find anything worth buying and it wasn't a pleasant place to walk around. Waste of time. Hopefully we'll make it to the Premium Outlet down the road on the next trip.

The Mall of Millenia falls comfortably in that category. While it is a mall that offers more higher-end shopping experiences, it still has a handful of affordable fashion retailers as well as numerous restaurants and eateries that can cater to just about anyone. Parking is ample - even on BUSY, sale days or holidays. They are home to local favorites like the Apple Store - which is always BUSY no matter the day or time. They are home to the Cheesecake Factory, The Capitol Grille, Earl's Kitchen, P.F. Changs, among other restaurants and eateries. They have, at a minimum, three Starbucks for the Starbucks fanatics. They have numerous notable department stores like Macy's and Bloomingdale's (both at opposing ends). And of course, they house Gucci, Marc Jacobs, YSL, just to name a few of the many luxury brands they have to offer. They have H&M, Urban Outfitters, Aldo, Warby Parker, and just SO MANY places to name. They will also be home to one of my favorite stores, Zara, soon enough - which I cannot wait for. I tend to frequent this mall in the evening to avoid some of the daytime crowds. Staff, from store to store, varies, but for the MOST part, they have been helpful and kind. Some of the higher-end stores do not give you weird vibes when you walk in to just look around - which is always a good thing. There's nothing worse than feeling like you are unwanted in a store. On busy days, the check-out lines can get long depending on the store you are in. However, most of the time, they are staffed well, and you are in and out. All in all, this is a pretty good mall. Did I mention, they have a small postal service area on the ground floor if you need to mail/ship out anything. I really do not have any negative experiences that turned me away from this mall as a whole. Now I've had some negative experiences with staff in certain stores, but again, those moments have been so few and far between. I will continue to patronize this mall. Also, it's pretty close to home - so it is convenient. P.S. I do miss when they were home to Crate & Barrel - it was one of my favorite stores for home décor. Parking was a bit of a hassle, especially depending on the time, but they do offer VIP parking for about $8 for the day, which is super convenient since it's right up front.
