They have purses, wallets, jewelry, watches, sunglasses, and phone cases. It's a small store but they pack it with a good amount of items. The store is always clean and tidy. The staff is available for assistance if you need it. I took 2 stars off because the last time I came in to look for a purse, I asked the staff member if she new how to remove a discoloration on my current KS purse. She said my KS purse was factory store, she had no idea what to do, and kept repeating how my purse was inferior to what they have in stock there and she was 100% clueless on how to address my question. People in the store were looking at me while I received my scolding for purchasing a KS factory store purse. I left the store red faced and embarrassed. I will never purchase anything there again. I felt horrible. I left the remaining three stars for everything they do that's right. I don't know if it's common for the staff to behave so high and mighty, so hopefully other people will have a fine time interacting with staff. Maybe I caught this staff member on a bad day. But he needed to try on several styles of Vans before he found something that he liked. The sales person (J.) was friendly, helpful and very patient - even after my picky 7 year old grandson tried on 3-4 different styles until he found the perfect pair. Best of all - the prices were great. Both my grandson and I left the store happy.

Well, first of all, this B&N is massive, taking up two floors in an outdoor Cincinnati shopping mall. Second, the curation is excellent, the shelves are fully stocked, and the bookish merch is outstanding. I smartly didn't bring my credit card with me when I stopped in when I was in the area- otherwise, I would have spent a fortune! Most B&N do not tempt me to spend good money on new books. I utilize libraries and need to read what I already own before I buy more. I am also trying to declutter. But this B&N is designed in such a way that I wanted to buy all the things! I love cottagecore- there's a curated area here of all things cottagecore. I love Jane Austen - there are many, many Jane Austen books and merch available here. Etc, etc. The staff seems eager to help, the natural light from all the windows make for a good shopping experience, and the bathrooms are perfect for those who also suffer from a bookstore-induced need to... use the facilities. I do wish the heavily discounted/last call book section was bigger for those of us who like to buy a large hardcover coffee table book for like, $5. But that's just my two cents. I would definitely stop here again!

I like Barnes & Noble stores and this one was two story with many treasures to be had. We both were able to find some books we liked. There were many children's books and all of the typical adult categories of books. I like art books and magazines and was able to find both although I did find the magazine section a bit small. My daughter keeps a running list of books and was able to procure several that she wanted here. There were 3 cashiers so when we were ready we were checked out quickly. I always find books in this store a bit pricy but all the new books seem to be wherever you go. We will continue to shop at Barnes & Noble and this location will likely be visited again.
