We went to look at the Aventon Level 4, and wanted the black one which wasn't built yet. Got to test drive the step through and realized it was definitely the bike for us, but wanted the black one which doesn't come in step through. Jacob saw how we were interested and had them start building it for us before we decided on it for sure! Came back from the test ride and said this is the one we want! They built it in about 1.5 hours and gave us a text as soon as it was ready. Then Jacob went through all the features and explained to us in detail exactly how the bike worked and everything we needed to know about it. Shop is very clean and I can't say enough about all the people working there and how great they were. I would send anyone looking for an e-bike here, they know what they're doing and aren't high pressure sales which always makes me want to go running. If you need an e-bike go here!! No More Excuses Bike Repair came on time and prepared. He did a great job on the bikes and even did a couple of extra things such as tightened a few nuts/bolts/screws. He also added some green slime that I had purchased to help reduce the chances of the tires going flat in the near future! I think he is very reasonably priced especially since we don't have a vehicle that can transport bikes anywhere. Highly recommend!!!!

Worse ever Dick's store i've been to.. I made a mistake in coming back here the second time to get…read morethe new fatpacks for Topps football and the first time the employees that helped me was so touchy and strict about my request to get the particular pack of cards they wouldn't even let me see or touch the packs as if i was going to open them but I still ended up buying over $100 worth of cards. The second time, although I was hesitant to go because of my previous experience. I was helped by I think a manager and she did the same thing and said that they are not allowed to have people pick or touch the card packs. Wow! Are you serious? Then I just left the store after that. No wonder this store has 2 star average score. I've been to two other Dick's stores (Oceanside and El Cajon) both stores are the total opposite and allows their customers to pick items that they prefer. The the one in Oceanside was definitely had the nicest staff!
