I walked in and there were a lot of employees around with only one or two customers inside. I walked for a minute or two until someone decided to help me. This guy was really nice and I told him what I had come in the store for. I had to clarify I wanted the small size key pouch and not the actual smallest pouch. They have updated sizes now. They had it in stock and he went to wrap it up for me. During this time I had wandered off to check out the new beauty section. I had to find him to get my bag and was not offered water or anything while I waited. I was probably in the store for less than 10 minutes. This isn't a bad thing but the experience was just rushed. I didn't even know his name. He was friendly but it wasn't a luxury experience.

It's a really big store so I can see why some other people have said they were approached several times and I actually appreciate that much more than having to look for someone. I noticed plenty of staff walking around and stocking items while the wife found a few items that she wanted to try on. I literally took a quick tour of the store then found the one bench that the staff told me was the "Husband's Section". Sadly there are no customer bathrooms at this location.
