No eye contact from the employee like while the blender is blending, ring up people & take orders. I was only grabbing a pre-made grilled chicken club in spinach wrap from the refrigerated display cooler hoping it would be a quick pickup, pay & go. I waited there longer than it took for Tony's to make a CheeseSteak as I ran there first to place an order. It was done 5m before I could pay for my wrap. The wrap was 2 star. I've never seen bacon like this in my life. I thought it was a piece of paper. Totally weird. Chicken dry, but a healthier option in this food court. Half of wrap was falling apart. I'm giving an extra star because the wrap came with two delish oatmeal chocolate chip balls, yum those get 5/5.

Having this option in the airport is great as it gives the chance to get a small sweet treat before a flight. This shop was small but there were still eight or ten flavor choices and a reasonable array of toppings. The service was pretty good and the prices were not bad for an airport establishment. The location in the food court in Terminal F afforded a large seating area with some charging stations for my phone. I will definitely look for this place again when I travel through this terminal in PHL.

While we didn't sit down for a full meal, the treats we took to go were fabulous. My friend raved that everything was made perfectly and tasted delicious. I tried a bit of everything and you'd have no idea that the items were gluten, sugar and dairy free! The berry muffin was better than "normal" muffins I've had. Everything was so good that after we finished our treats, we went back in for seconds! If you have similar dietary restrictions (or don't) this is a great place to stop with a lovely staff! We will certainly be stopping by again to try the full menu.
