Breakfasts are wonderful with lots of options and the sandwiches and platters are amazing. Plus, there's something for everyone from kids to elders. Be prepared to take some of your order home. If you're charging premium prices for gelato, customers should be allowed to sample flavors before buying instead of being made to feel like a burden and blind buying. Sampling is part of the experience, especially when people are deciding what they want. I ended up feeling extremely uncomfortable and settled with a flavor that I didn't even try because I honestly did not like the ones that I did. What made it worse is that my friend independently noticed the same vibe from the staff afterward. She mentioned that the employees seemed annoyed helping and didn't seem welcoming at all. The gelato is mid (not smooth at all... grainy.. I've had store bought ice cream better than this) and the attitude and customer service completely ruined the experience for me. I've never been treated that way at an ice cream or gelato shop before.
