Traveling through Philadelphia airport in the early A.M. calls for a caffeine fix. There weren't too many places to get coffee near my departing gate. I was hoping for my regular chain of coffee but I was out of luck. Fortunately guava and java was there to help me out. The gentlemen preparing the place for opening was very friendly. I usually don't expect much from an airport location but he genuinely surprised me. He made my order quickly. It was pretty close to my perfect coffee order. It made my day start off great. Thanks!

Here's what you need to know: terrific La Colombe coffee, a very good selection of breakfast food (bland taste), but service is slow. Pricey. 7 AM on a Tue morning after a holiday weekend and the lines can get loooong. They have a good selection of breakfast sandwiches, muffins, juices, yoghurt parfaits, and of course coffee. We ordered a large chocolate chip muffin and a generous sized brioche Han, egg, and cheese sandwich. The brioche bread was tasty but the egg, ham, and cheese had no flavor at all. All I tasted was pepper and bread. The chocolate chip muffin was bone dry and needed water or coffee to take it down, even though the chocolate was tasty The gentleman taking our order was very pleasant, but the cashier lady was mechanical. Sandwich was $9, and the muffin was $2.

Wow! This was probably the best latte we've ever had. And we're from San Francisco coffee heaven. I was struck by how clean and beautiful this little spot is. Staggeringly large croissants and baked goods. And warm staff. I was lucky to find it. Go out of your way to find this. It's right next to gate B1, just a tiny walk past the security clearance. We rarely travel thru PHL, but I hope we do again soon.

Egg, ham, and cheese sandwich toasted, with a large hazelnut latte. Nothing to scream about

I have to say I'm a bit disappointed in this place. The service was exquisite. The staff was very friendly and energetic, even singing along to the background music which was fun. However, my latte and breakfast sandwich were so mehhh that I wouldn't go there again. I was deciding between Dunkin Donuts down the terminal or this place, and I love trying new places, and Guava has hot sandwiches (The Dunkin at this airport doesn't) but this is an instance where I should have gone with my gut!

May be the worst bagel I have ever had. Dried out and stale, don't waste your money. Coffee was ok.

Nothing gluten free other than yogurt, veggies and drinks. They only have person working and it is a slow process.

They sell pre-made Le Bus sandwiches! Prosciutto/salami/cheese/spinach on a baguette was under $9. Delicious.

They serve la Colombe coffee (locally roasted, good stuff), so that's a good base line for a quality drink.

Terminal F Service awful. I did not order a smoothie, am…read morenot a smoothie person, but like how long does it take to make one? People were waiting forever for just one! No eye contact from the employee like while the blender is blending, ring up people & take orders. I was only grabbing a pre-made grilled chicken club in spinach wrap from the refrigerated display cooler hoping it would be a quick pickup, pay & go. I waited there longer than it took for Tony's to make a CheeseSteak as I ran there first to place an order. It was done 5m before I could pay for my wrap. The wrap was 2 star. I've never seen bacon like this in my life. I thought it was a piece of paper. Totally weird. Chicken dry, but a healthier option in this food court. Half of wrap was falling apart. I'm giving an extra star because the wrap came with two delish oatmeal chocolate chip balls, yum those get 5/5.

It's an easy way to get some protein, fruits, and veggies in while on the go, and the staff is usually quick and efficient with orders. I've had consistently good experiences and keep coming back whenever I'm at the airport. My only suggestion would be to refresh the menu occasionally and add some new drink options for returning customers. Overall, a reliable and convenient spot for a healthy grab-and-go drink.

My concern wasn't that I wanted more buttercream. It was actually the opposite. I felt the square slice had far too much frosting on top and not nearly enough actual cake, which made the ratio feel unbalanced. The response stated that I "didn't enjoy the ratio (more cake and filling, less buttercream)," but that wasn't what I was trying to say at all. I'm disappointed that my feedback seemed to be misunderstood or misrepresented. I completely understand that ingredient costs have increased, and I genuinely respect PS & Co.'s commitment to using high-quality ingredients. My concern wasn't about the price alone, it was about the value and quality of this particular dessert compared to what I've had from them in the past. More broadly, I hope this isn't part of a larger shift away from some of their trademark desserts. I was also disappointed when the chocolate chip muffin was discontinued, as it was one of my favorites. I still think PS & Co. offers some of the best gluten-free and vegan desserts in the city, which is why I'm sharing this feedback. I hope they continue making the desserts that so many people have come to enjoy.

The service and sweet treats are absolutely incredible. We were greeted by the owner who took her time to walk her through the ingredients, cross contamination possibilities and the menu as a whole. She was patient, informative and seemed genuinely excited to help serve us. It was fairly busy inside with a large dining area and small pantry section. While we didn't sit down for a full meal, the treats we took to go were fabulous. My friend raved that everything was made perfectly and tasted delicious. I tried a bit of everything and you'd have no idea that the items were gluten, sugar and dairy free! The berry muffin was better than "normal" muffins I've had. Everything was so good that after we finished our treats, we went back in for seconds! If you have similar dietary restrictions (or don't) this is a great place to stop with a lovely staff! We will certainly be stopping by again to try the full menu.
