Red Mango is a great stop for Fro-Yo. I have been to a few locations in this chain and have generally been pleased with my experiences. Having this option in the airport is great as it gives the chance to get a small sweet treat before a flight. This shop was small but there were still eight or ten flavor choices and a reasonable array of toppings. The service was pretty good and the prices were not bad for an airport establishment. The location in the food court in Terminal F afforded a large seating area with some charging stations for my phone. I will definitely look for this place again when I travel through this terminal in PHL. read more

I love this place when i lived in Santa Barbara. Seeing this at the airport after my flight delayed made me very happy because i haven't had ref mango in a long time. They have delicious flavors and they topping are always delicious. The mango that I put on my yogurt last night was good that I was a little sad I didn't put more. read more

I have never had the frozen yogurt here, but it is the only place in Terminal F that i know of to get a smoothie before your flight. They have a ton of different flavors of smoothie, but they don't appear to follow any recipes so you may never get the same flavor twice. They also use cube ice which sometimes stays a little chunky. read more

Two stars for the average tasting yoghurt. I had strawberry and cookies and cream and they tasted pretty average, doesn't compare to Pinkberry, which is the standard for me since it's the best and what I'm used to. The toppings were a little stale but still pretty tasty. The -3 stars were because of the terrible service. I went in Thursday January 14th, around 1 pm. The cashier was this girl with a bad attitude, she ignored me completely and was talking to her co-workers besides her and then she yelled at me "you have to put the cup on the scale." So I did and she just looked at me instead of telling me my total. After I handed her my card she asked if I needed a receipt and I said no, then she just yelled "next." Maybe this is an East coast thing or she's just a miserable person but in California I've never had such rude service at one of these over priced yoghurt places. read more

I love Red Mango and am happy there's a location here at the airport. I have never seen so many flavors of juice balls (they call them boba) with blueberry, kiwi, and cherry being my favorite. Their yogurt tends to be gluten free by default except the ones with cookies and stuff. I like that the let you try and that they tell you if it's sweet or tart. I am standing here waiting for my mom to order her smoothie and the cashier keeps telling people they only have large cups so she cannot sell them small drinks. One customer pointed out, make the small but pour it in a big cup, and she started to argue with her. She then said ok and she just made a full size large cup - and charged her for the full thing! Horrible customer service and also very questionable business practice where you are forcibly upselling your customers. My mom ordered a large smoothie to avoid drama. I have never been to a Red Mango before but I've been to similar pay-per-weight yogurt bars. The yogurt was a very tasty snack. More airports should have these! I had two- white chocolate (very good) and Nutella (not as good as it sounds but still good). I would definitely make a stop here again. The employees were nice too. read more
