It's your classic Jamba Juice but with a hefty price tag being its inside an airport. They only had one employee working, so he'd take the order and make the food and drinks one customer at a time. We ordered a Large Greens N Ginger ($14.25) and Large Peanut Butter Moo'd ($14.25). I can't believe how pricey a large drink is, but at least it's somewhat healthy. We also got a Classic Handwich ($5.15), which was so tiny for the price, welp. read more

Jamba - Large Greens N Ginger Smoothie. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Was extremely grateful for this Jamba near our gate , flying out of Terminal D , United airlines. After a week of eating a little too richly on vacation in Philly, this was the perfect "healthy" thing that I could eat that didn't make me feel sick. I was at this point where I just needed some fruit. Got the acai peanut butter Nutella bowl , was about $15 for the regular/small size. Came out in less than five minutes, the staff was kind, and I had no complaints about the bowl. Very fast grab and go (ordered around mid afternoon). Thank you Jamba Juice for saving me read more

I got a smoothie here, but holy moly are their prices over the top! I paid about 12 bucks for a medium mango smoothie, and looking at the menu, nothing here seems to be below $10. The service was fast but it wasn't too busy when I went. The smoothie was super good, though! read more

My dad wanted a fruity drink while we were at the airport waiting for our flight, so we stopped by Jamba Juice. He got the Caribbean Passion and I got the Apple n Greens. There was only 1 person working so it took 30 minutes to get our smoothies. It was a bit pricey, but we were happy with our smoothies. read more

Jamba - a smoothie in a plastic cup - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I had absolutely no interest in visiting any of the food options nearby this Jamba Juice which was conveniently located near the United Airlines gate within Terminal D of Philadelphia International Airport. It took minutes for me to be acknowledged at the counter due to the employees cleaning in the back which I had no problem with. Once I spotted the IMPOSSIBLE, I was ready to order. However, the employee (Kaffo D) mentioned that it was not available, as well as the spring veggie which was my alternative choice to the IMPOSSIBLE. Bummer! As much as I wanted to move on to the next, I stuck with Jamba. I ended up ordering a banana along with a medium Aloha Pineapple smoothie rather than the Razzmatazz, Strawberries Wild, Strawberry Surf Rider, or the Caribbean Passion which were other interests of mine. And all were selections I have ordered and enjoyed during past experiences with Jamba Juice as well. For me there were no disappointments in the medium Aloha Pineapple smoothie ordered. I was satisfied with the visual appeal of it along with its taste which I enjoyed as I waited in the United Airlines gate area. All in all, I had an okay ordering experience with this Jamba Juice. However, if I had a craving for a sandwich while inside of this terminal again, I would not order from due to the likelihood of them not having it. Now as for a smoothie, yes! ~ Be Kind. It's been so long since I've been to one of these, so I imagine I paid double for what I purchased today. Was it worth it? Welp, it was delicious & did just what I needed it to do, so I would say yes. Is it worth double the price? No, but i understand why it is. 2 people were working this AM & they were quick & efficient. Order was accurate. Overall, I'm pleased. read more

This location need to train their staff better! I got to Jamba Juice 20 minutes before my flight begins boarding and decided that I want to grab an açaí bowl from Jamba Juice for my flight. I quickly ordered an Açaí primo, and since there weren't that many people I thought I would get my bowl quick. They were able to turn around other customers drinks fairly quickly, but struggled with my bowl. The staff didn't know where the ingredients were, and chopped up the strawberries without taking out the leaves first! She left all the leaves on the strawberry and put it in my bowl. As I was cutting close to my flight and the staff couldn't find coconut flakes, I told her I didn't need it. She then wrapped up my bowl and gave it to me. When I saw the bowl, I realized she had only put granola and strawberry on it, leaving out the other toppings like blueberries, banana, and honey!!! I was so mad but this could've been a miscommunication. She might have thought I don't need any other ingredients at all. They do have friendly and smiley staff and the kitchen seems fully staffed as well. This might be a one off incident but I hope this location can train all their staff just as well, or possibly leaving the harder to prepare items for more senior staff members. read more

Before catching a flight I decided to get a quick smoothie at this Jamba Juice. I got there when they were opening, but the staff member was kind and let me order quickly. I went with the banana berry smoothie. It was made up of fresh juice, dried banana, dried blueberries and what looked to be some type of sherbet. The smoothie came out quickly. It was sweet and full of flavor. I got a medium, but it was giant. I couldn't even finish it all. The cashier was friendly and did everything I asked her to do. She was a little slow, but she had a lot of work to do because she was the only worker. They also sell food including muffins and sandwiches, which is nice. If back in this terminal I would return. read more

No toppings to make açaí bowls, And they did not have it marked. So after checking out all of my airport options including their açai bowl menu, I came back ready to get this before my flight only to find out that they don't actually have açaí bowls. I settled for a smoothie and they made it relatively quickly. read more

-0-0-0-0-0 Five negative zeros is my rating.... I was at this location on Sunday 1/24 /21 I was the next person in line the young lady looked at me and told me she had to close after allowing me to stand and wait in line for about 7 minutes horribly poor customer service skills and a lack of communication. If it was my business I would have serviced everyone that wanted service being that I was only 1out of 2 people that wanted a smoothie in that hour... losers read more

Poor customer service. After I explained to the cashier that he incorrectly charged me for an item, he told me that the prices are correct and that they just haven't changed the price labels yet. I always come here when I need a quick boost of energy and protein. Of course, I always opt for the small size to help keep calories and sugar at bay. What's not to like about Jamba Juice? I got the Caribbean Passion, and I got it quite quickly. The combination of flavors was great, and I enjoyed my drink as it was refreshing and not too sweet. At $7.51 post-tax, it was definitely a pricey drink, but being at the airport, I know the prices are typically higher. read more

You know, every time I think of Jamba Juice, I think of paparazzi following Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears. It's a weird correlation but hear me out. So many times when I've seen those photos, it seems like these starlets are coming out of a Jamba Juice when they're getting their picture taken (or a Pinkberry... you get the idea). Basically, I walked past this place after getting off the plane. I knew it would be a few minutes til my bags were available. i also knew I was going to get dinner with my wife who was waiting for me, but I needed something in my stomach to tie me over. A smoothie felt like a good choice. So I got the one with about 5 fruits in it (and now I can't remember the name). I remember it had mango, blueberry, peach, banana, and strawberry. I got the largest size too. And it wound up being perfect. Great flavor and held me over perfectly as I waited for my baggage from the claim area. No paparazzi followed me after I got it though. What a letdown. read more

The ingredients used by Jamba Juice are scary to watch put in your beverage."Whole fruits and veggies" was actually sherbet-looking clumps of sugar/fruit chunks placed in your cup very slowly. Nasty spot. Doesn't train there workers to wear gloves. Same worker taking cash as scooping fruit with hands. Poor communication.

During a layover of 2 1/2 hours, I was not particularly hungry, but I was not full either, and seeing that I needed something to drink besides water, I stopped at Jamba Juice. I've ever had a Jamba Juice so I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had dairy-free options. I ordered a smoothie that had kale, apple and some other fruits as this was the most popular I was told. It only took a few minutes to macerate my fruit and vegetables and I was on my way. The green smoothie was very good, and filling. Not sure if it gave me a boost of energy but I did not fall asleep at the gate so maybe it did and I did not know it. I would certainly go back and try another flavor. read more

The drink I received tasted like chalk. It was clearly made wrong. I went to return it and handed it to the employee and asked for a refund. She told me she didn't know how to issue a refund. I was told I would receive a refund or a check in the mail for the $8.50. I never received either and am currently disputing the charge. read more

At Airport speed matters. One person and a long line. Not her fault. They need 2 people at these locations

The woman who was working couldn't help the situation but she was clearly upset. Only one person working and they had run out of basically everything... after waiting in line for 20 minutes we were informed one by one they didn't have any ingredients. In someways this is reality with supply issues and employee issues however you've got to communicate and not make people who are trying to catch a flight wait so long to be told that they can't order anything. read more

I arrive to the establishment at 5:05 and the worker is nowhere to be found. Myself and others are waiting and she isn't there. She walks out of the bathroom around 5:08 and doesn't acknowledge anyone and just starts doing her opening procedures. At 5:11 she takes her headphones out and barely utters good morning. Just such a nasty vibe and awful representation of the city of Philadelphia. I've been to many jamba juices and everyone is friendly and efficient. Not here. I travel a lot and will NEVER return to this location. read more

Don't bother- you won't get your order in time for your flight. People just kept leaving it was taking so long. Shockingly the one worker completed orders for people who had already left and abandoned their drinks, taking time on those instead of moving on to people waiting in line. Mind bobbling how slow and poor the service is. read more

Avoid this place, and you will be happy you did. They have a constant supply of trapped customers so they don't care. Jamba brings a ray of sunshine to an otherwise depressing, overcrowded part of PHL. If you're headed on a long, cross-country flight be sure to grab some Jamba Juice to take with you on the plane. It sure beats overpriced bottles of water or waiting 30 minutes after takeoff for the flight attendants to bring you a Diet Coke. Sure, it's packed with sugar, but get the "Light" version, save 1/3 of your calories, and feel like you're being healthy since you are drinking fruit. If you need something more substantial they have sandwiches now. The one downer is that lines here can be long, and the customers crowd around looking befuddled and getting in your way. read more
