These days, it's a challenge just to get a contractor to answer a request for a quote. So I was…read morepleasantly surprised when Tim from Fine Tree Care called me back within an hour of my leaving a message. I was flat out shocked when, a couple of days after I agreed to the very reasonable quote to have some stumps ground, the guys from Fine Tree Care came out and completed the job to perfection. As if this wasn't impressive enough service, Tim stopped by a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with the job. I'm not used to this level of competence, professionalism, service, and old-school courtesy. I was pleased to learn that Tim is a certified arborist, so I absolutely plan to get Fine Tree Care back over for some more delicate tree work. I absolutely, without reservation recommend Fine Tree Care.

I was very impressed with the representatives that came to our house for an estimate. However they…read moretold me the owner would need to get in touch about certain aspects of services we needed. The owner never got in touch. I was told in several texts that the owner would be in touch and after three weeks of back and forth texts I was told I would need to call the owner directly to discuss the services. I decided to go no further because if I was having this much difficulty with communications just getting a quote I can only imagine the difficulties in trying to get in touch with something important.

I contacted juan to talk about some trees after seeing him recommended on some random post on…read moreFacebook from the folks I have maintaining my HVAC. Juan absolutely loves what he does and you can see this in the quality of his work. I wanted him to remove almost everything, minus a couple really old trees; me being an idiot and knowing squat about the trees I had, juan pointed out the ones I'd want to keep and explained why, Juan also recommended removing trees that were dying which I did not notice were dying, going as far as pointing out what was wrong with a very large tree that I wanted to keep (after he pointed a couple things out it was really obvious this tree in question needed to go, the tornado warning recently only proved this.) He is absolutely awesome, and he really knows his stuff.

I recently hired this company for tree removal services, and unfortunately, the experience fell…read morewell below my expectations. While the primary work was mostly completed, the overall job felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. My property was left with noticeable damage, which I have documented with photos and sent to management. I understand that tree removal can involve some risk, but what was most disappointing was how this was handled or rather, not handled at all. At no point did the crew inform me that anything had been damaged. I only discovered the issues afterward, which came across as both unprofessional and avoidable. This lack of communication made the situation even more frustrating. In addition, several heavy items in my yard were moved during the process and not returned to their original positions, creating unnecessary inconvenience. There was also a very large branch that was cut and fell a few days later that was not removed during the work completed. This could have fallen on my small child or dog. These details may seem minor, but they reflect a larger issue: the job was completed in a sloppy and careless manner, without the level of thoroughness I expected. I did bring these concerns to management/owner (Matt) but the response I received was dismissive and did not show a genuine willingness to address the damage or take accountability. Offering to trim a damaged plant was not an acceptable resolution and then stating "it should help the plant" show lack on my concern. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and customer care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. There are many other companies to choose from and I would recommend picking a different one.
