Emily went above and beyond to not only provide me with the proper windshield, she found me an option that was significantly less($154 less than Safelite)than The factory Lexus replacement glass. I would highly recommend this company for any of their services. On top of everything they are a local family owned business and I love to support local businesses.

They assured me from the very first appointment they would be able to get this job done with no problems as long as I gave them the right gasket and windshield. They came out on a Tuesday morning after not showing up on a Monday. They were happy to get the windshield out and make sure there were no issues with my frame. As soon as they tried to get the windshield back in that is where disaster struck. They tried for two hours to get half on my windshield in place, but they were unable to. The technician told me they needed to get a few more tools. The owner told me they needed to hire a new technician. Either way, I understood it can be a hard job and I was very understanding. They put crash wrap on the front of my windshield and told me it would protect my RV from Weather and damage. However, that was not the case it rained for three days and I have major water damage all over the front dash and electrical systems of my home/RV. After rescheduling me for 4 days back to back and not showing up I reached out to see when they had me on there schedule. They expressed they wouldn't be able to come until they hired a new technician... when it was time for them to finally come back out, they won't! They are telling me to hire another company They are explaining that this is not their fault because I never paid them. ( the wouldn't accept payment up front which I offered to the techs) How do I pay for a job that is not completed? I think anyone who can read this review can understand that when a company comes to work on something of yours, it is their job to make it better if not, at least be able to put it back in the same order it was when they first arrived if they are unable to do the job. Sentry auto glass has done nothing but give me excuses and pass the blame back onto me as if I were the one to take out my own windshield and not be able to replace it. The owner has blocked me and will no longer communicate with me to figure out a choice of resolution PLEASE do not use this company for your own sake they are not worth it. Save your time and your headache and your hassle. Go find another company! You will thank your self ( mind you it's 40 degrees I can't drive my Rv to get propane for my furnace so I'm literally freezing while with no heat and no windshield.)

I signed up for an estimate for hail damage and showed up to the back building which is behind the car wash. Steve came out to greet me from the car wash office and talked me through the process. I hadn't filed a claim because I thought I could pay out of pocket. He pointed out way more damage than I originally thought I had and advised it was an act of god so my insurance wouldn't go up. He gave me a free car wash for my trouble of driving up there and I went home to call my insurance. I came back up to get the estimate and Steve told me that I should just leave my jeep there because my insurance is fast and I could take their loaner car. Off I went in in the loaner and the estimate came through the same day, insurance approved it by end of business two days later. Steve let me know it was ready to pick up after only two business days. We both realized that my insurance issued the check to them, but to my address. He said if I brought the deductible up to him, I could take my jeep and just run the check back up when it comes in the mail. They cleaned the inside of my jeep and had it run through the car wash again. You'd never know it had hail damage. It's impressive. And, he gave me a card for yet another free car wash when I bring the check back. You want to know where phenomenal customer service has gone? It's all located in this family owned gem of a business. I will send everyone I know here for not only car washes because they also dry it off at the end, but any dent repair that I hear of. They have guys that participate in the hail dent Olympics. Did you know that was a thing? I didn't. They are that good.
