I called to place an order and when asked about the soup size I was hung up on. I called back and nobody would pick-up. Finally someone else picked up and took the order. The crunchy taco was extremely greasy and fell apart and the taco soup was oily and had globs of cheese it was disgusting.I ordered green sauce w/ chips and received red sauce with two time containers of green. read more

The dinner was dried out, the manager refused to take responsibility, would not replace it or apologize for a ruined dinner. I told him I would give him poor reviews to match the poor quality of my dinner and he said to go ahead, it was ok with him. We will never be back. Do not recommend. We've been wanting to try this place for years. We see it every time we leave La Casona. Guadalajara's enchiladas were average at best. Restaurant was half full, and it still took almost 30 minutes after we ordered to get our food. We gave it a shot, and will not return. read more

Well, we decided to go off from our "normal" routine (El Patio) and try this place. There was a loooong wait before the waiter came to greet us at the table and take our drink orders. We ordered our normal beef fajitas for two. He brought them out and it was the combo (beef, chicken and shrimp). The waiter really didn't understand English very well. He offered to return it, but by that time we were so hungry .... We told him no. Fajitas were just ok. Not too tender. They were rather chewy. I would not recommend the fajitas or this place at all. Absolutely Horrible, *Friggin* (Flies) everywhere. Service is (Terrible). Quality of food is (Sub-standard). We had to wait after other customers, (Hispanics), that came in 15 - 20 after we did to be waited on and served. I seen 2-3 other tables who were served before us finished their meals before we were even served. I guess our skin color was not brown enough to receive adequate service. I recommend going across the street to La Casona. If i wanted all the flies i would go to Mexico where it is common, next time i want flies with my food i will go eat in a COW pasture.... read more

This restaurant usually is the best location to get my elderly Mother's Flour Breakfast Tacos w/ Extra Bacon, Potato, and Onion. "This taste's so good!", she would say. Plus, she did appreciate how the contents were so soft and tender because she wears Dentures. So, the Dentures would have her mouth/ gums sensitive. Plus, the customer service was always great. However, on Saturday February 3, 2018 instead of going through the Drive Thru, as usual, I went inside. I went to the counter to place my order by the Cash Register. I specifically told the young lady that what I wanted. I said, " May, I have 2 Flour Breakfast Tacos with Extra Bacon, Onions, and Potatos?" So, she repeated the order back to me and I confirmed it. She then gave me the total of $4 .58 and I paid her for the order. She gave me the receipt and it was itemized, but it did not have onions on it. So, I told her about the discrepancy. She said, " I put it on the order ticket." I replied, " Well, I do not see it on the receipt I have." However, she assured me that it was taken care of. Well, when we got home the order did not have any Grilled Onions or any Onions on it for that matter. My Mother was very disappointed. Well, I convinced her that mistakes happen. So, on February 5, 2018 I went inside to make the order with the same employee. But, this time it was different in a worse way. The supposedly cook started singing in Spanish when he looked up and saw me at the counter. See, no one was there to take my order. It took about ten minutes for her to arrive and take my order. It was not very busy because the Drive Thru was empty and inside the restaurant was pretty deserted except for 2 tables . My order was brought out and I checked it. It was wrong and I asked, " Could you please put Grilled Onions on this?" She left and went to the back. So, I went to the left side of the Bar , where 2 waitresses were stranding. I asked, " Is your Manager here or the Owner of the Restaurant?" She said, "Yes." I replied, " May, I speak with him please? " At, this time a tall Hispanic young man with a faded shirt got up and ran to the back. I waited for 5 minutes. The person that took my order came out from the door on the left side. She said, " What is wrong?" I stated, " Where is the Manager or Owner?" I waited again... Then, another young girl came out and brought me my supposedly corrected order. I asked her," Where is the Manager." She replied," Ah aqui." I said, " M-A-N-A-G-E-R." FINALLY, he arrived. I told him everything and he defended her. Plus, he was not concerned about it at all, you could tell by his of language. I will not return again. Also, the order was still wrong and I showed him. Terrible customer service. I've been trying to call in my togo order for the last 20 mins and no one answers the phone. I go to the restaurant to order and drive thru and no one will answer the drive thru. So I try calling again and the girl that usually works drive thru finally picks up the phone to take my order and when I try to order she tells me to hold please and hangs the phone up on me. I started coming here after the other "Mexican" restaurants started cutting corners. The food is authentic and outstanding. It reminds me of San Antonio. I've never been disappointed after eating here except for the last time. After looking at the bill I saw I was charged $8 for a small bowl of queso. Basically it was melted Velveeta. Saw all the cars and decided to stop for breakfast. It was amazing. He had barbacoa tacos, and I ordered off the menu beef/cheese enchiladas with eggs over medium and beans/rice.
