A fountain in the middle of the eating area sounded beautiful mingled with the sound of bird sing in the partially open roof. We were greeted by a friendly young woman behind the high window of the cart. Both my companion and I ordered halibut fish and chips. We are glad we did! I consider myself a fish and chips connoisseur and these were some of the best I've had. The halibut was flaky and perfectly cooked. The batter was light and flavorful and properly greasy. The French fries were also incredible--crispy and perfect. Both the fish and the chips were steaming hot when they were delivered to our table. The servings were generous.
