I don't like this place. They do good work, I've heard, but the customer service in my situation…read morewas lacking. I went in when they were crowded. I asked if I returned later (to avoid the line) would that work. She barely gave an answer. I returned an hour before posted close time, and I guess she was annoyed. I didn't force her to take us. I asked. She grudgingly agreed. Then proceeded to put a GEL PEDICURE on my 75 year old mother. This stuff never comes off. It had to *grow out. Unethical, and either punitive or they just ran up the bill because they were pissed to not be able to close early. Either way, I won't be back.

I used to go to this location for a few years. But, things turned for me for three reasons. Those…read morethree reasons made me disconnect from here and go somewhere else. Before things turned I enjoyed going. I was able to make appointments and they were usually always running on time. The pedicures were great and my manicures were always done to my liking. The salon was always clean. But here are the reasons why I had to find a new nail salon. 1. My daughter would get her nails done from time to time. She always wanted to use my person who happen to be the owner. She liked that she paid attention to detail and liked how her craft with nails was done. So when I would make appointments for her or she would make them for herself we always asked for the owner by name. She was always placed on the schedule for her. But, when we arrived 85% of the time my daughter was pushed onto someone else. That in time upset her and me. It was as if it was because she was 15-17 at the time her requests were not important. Money is money no matter how old the person is. I felt like she was judged for her age. I taught her to tip well, and pay etc. 2. I would average my nails to be done every 10-12 days. I get anxious and will start to pick it they are growing out too much etc, or if the cuticles were getting to be out of shape. Things were fine, but after almost a year of that the owner told me she just couldn't do that anymore. She said she really needs me to do 14 days. Personally I felt like that was not harming anyone or myself to have it done every 10-12 days. There is more I could say, but I'm just not going to. My nail tech now said she understands why I want them done when I did. She also stated that it is my choice and I pay for them to be done which is my choice. 3. I would pay with a card a good portion of the time. But, one day the owner saw that ai had cash in my wallet. Her question, "Heather, why don't you pay in cash?" I replied because I chose to use my card. My cash is used for other things. Either way how I pay is how I pay. This was strike three for me.'I did not appreciate being questioned about my cash. Overall what started out good just got worse and I just wasn't enjoying myself there anymore. When I went in to cancel my appointments there was a nail tech who helped me and she was so polite and apologized but completely understood what I was feeling. It was as if she saw it and it's been done to others.

I made an appointment for same day, super convenient by calling ahead because they gave me two time…read moreslots, assuming they were almost booked up. a lady asked for the service I want and this would be a good time to request someone you prefer, but this was my first time. she was really polite. I came in to be greeted by many technicians, a little overwhelming, for me. but the place was super clean and lowkey. it's not noisy with chatter or equipment. I was able to get sat down right away with Nani. she was super friendly and gentle with my manicure, giving detail to grinding down my nails, application, shape and length and color preference. washing my hands before/during the session was a nice refresher and also a first(!) with cleanliness of this business. I was offered cuticle oil after which i'm grateful that got brought up. hours after, my fingers don't feel irritated from the grinding like they usually do at places that overdo it. I was super happy with my manicure. i'm a bit more on the quiet side of conversation so I hope to come back and chat with the techs about life, it was quite entertaining hearing neighboring drama with other techs and clients. :))

I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She booked an appointment for me at 2, but told me I could come earlier too if I finished doing what I needed to do. I ended up coming around 1:15. Sue took me in immediately. Everyone was really welcoming and greeted me when I came in. Sue and I talked the entire time because I'm not from the area. She was very professional, fast, efficient, and did an amazing job on my nails! She noticed I had cat eye already on my nails, so she asked if I wanted to do it again, and when I said no, she didn't try pushing any designs or up-charges on me. She let me pick my color and was super nice when I was a little indecisive about the first set of colors that I saw. She was quick to show me more colors. We had a great conversation, and when I'm back in the area, I'll definitely come back! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

It was a last minute idea to get a pedicure while my daughter was at daycare. I just search for a…read moregood spot, this place came up. Must admit after pulling in the lot I was sceptical but I was very pleased after walking in and more please theu use liners in the pedibowl and new sanitized packages for every customer. I didn't have to wait to be served, the customer service was amazing and I'm very pleased with the service I received. While getting serviced another lady walked and expressed concerns with her nails they immediate jumped to help her and started working on her nails, she was happy. I suggest you ask for Richard he did a great job and has a great attitude. I was smiling and laughing throughout my service. Sad I learned about this spot so late, unfortunately we are PCSing in July.

The owner, Alex, has the worst attitude and sense of entitlement. He was late for my apt and I…read morearrived an hour earlier just to soak. I asked him not to destroy my nail bed by taking a fake nail to lift acrylic from my nail. He proceeded to argue with me while tearing up my nail bed, shredding it. He argued that he only had an hr in between clients and needed to use the fastest method. It was not my fault you were late getting to me. But he still argued my entire appointment that he was going to continue his way and if I wasn't happy to go somewhere else. I simply asked to soak if rather ripped off. Ladies look around. Not only do they maintain a sense of entitlement, but they use dirty drill bits. They are supposed to sanitize each in between each customer to prevent the spread of disease just in case of a nick.. Nope, not done! They don't care about type health. They just want your money. Then, to add insult up injury, one of my nails chipped in less than 12 hours after! I'll be taking my money to someone who understands healthy nail care and does just as good of a job and doesn't do a sloppy job because they don't get time management.
