The unique color and model of my wife's new dream car is what motivated me to travel that kind of distance for her. My exceptional salesman, Jayson Neeley, offered to pick me up at Eppley Airfield, in Omaha, Nebraska so that I could purchase and drive my wife's new car back to northern Illinois, 461 miles away. Unfortunately, my first jet at Chicago O'hare International Airport at 6AM was unable to take off. After 3.5 hours everyone was told to get off the aircraft and try to find another flight. My new ticket had me flying to Denver, Colorado with a 5 hour layover and then to Eppley Airfield in Omaha, NE. Even though my flight time was delayed four different times because of the snow storm in Denver. Jayson Neeley showed up at 9:22 p.m. at Eppley Airfield, Omaha, NE and picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel on his own time (on a Friday Night). He was fantastic and helpful from the very first conversation we had over the phone to teaching me what all of the high tech functions of our new vehicle are! There isn't enough words to express my gratitude for Jayson Neeley and Edwards Chevrolet General Manager that made my new car buying experience incredibly memorable! Thank you to Jayson Neeley and Edwards Chevrolet we absolutely love our new family dream car and we got it at a great price!

    I recently leased a car from Edwards Hyundai and it was a generally good experience…read more They didn't have the exact model in stock so I test drove a car that was very similar and I liked it so we did the deal. They said the car would be in on Wednesday at the latest. They called me and said that it would be in by the weekend. I called Edwards and they said by mid next week. I called Edwards again and they said that the shipping company is backed up and it would be in by the weekend. No car. I called again and asked for a courtesy car, (I had an offer on my current vehicle at the time and needed to sell it), and they told me they would take care of me, which they did. The car eventually came in two and a half weeks after I initially signed the papers. This isn't generally Edwards' fault BUT they need to manage a customer's expectations a lot better. Just send a driver to where the car was initially, (I forwent that so it could be shipped here and save some miles on the brand new car), or hire a different shipping company. Edwards made it right with getting me a rebate and setting me up with a sweet courtesy vehicle for a hew days, but still, that's a long time to wait for a car that I could have driven to and got it back in a day. Due to their really good prices on vehicles and their location, I will continue to go back to Edwards.

She was sold…read morea warranty that Connor didn't even know about because he swore the transmission should be covered but he was wrong and only a portion was covered. We were constantly having to reach out to service to get help and updates. We went to the dealership to talk in person and they attempted to get my mom in a NEW car or newer car, including an electric car. They really tried to convince her to go that route and she declined. They ran her credit so many times without her knowing and she received several notices in the mail from creditors after the fact. Eventually, my mom decided to get the car fixed and the warranty covered a portion of the new transmission. We finally were able to get some cost lowered for service. We also attempted to reach general manager and left voicemail and never received a call back. I finally went to the dealership and spoke to him in person and he lowered the price but it was not communicated to Brock because he was unaware when we finally picked up the car. First, I must back up and say that once the new transmission got it, then the car was sent to Ford to get programmed but that was never communicated until then. When we finally picked up the car, no one in service knew of the discount the generally Manager offered and Brock was not friendly at that point. I would NEVER recommend Edwards.
