Cole was transparent and said they low ball the price to get you booked then end up calling for an increase. If I hadn't called Coast to Coast, I would still be waiting for a date for my car. Thankfully Cole said my route is a very common and a driver would be found by Monday the latest. And he was true to his word. Monday morning I get a text that it was booked to be picked up and would be delivered to me by Thursday. And indeed it was. The driver Joshua is very professional. He takes before and after pictures of the inside and outside of the vehicle so there can be no discrepancies about the condition of the vehicle.
