I hadn't had an accident in years so when i was researching where to take my vehicle I remembered Rubens body shop from years ago. They are now Crash Champions and was actually my car dealerships choice as well as the at fault drivers insurance company's choice. From the first interaction with them i have been impressed with their communication and commitment to great customer service. I got my vehicle back as promised. Clint was very good at explaining everything to me including what to expect and do within the first few weeks after repair. After a few weeks we noticed something off when we washed the vehicle for the first time. Clint was on the phone immediately with me and didn't balk at addressing my concern. At my earliest convenience my vehicle was back at the shop. Its repaired and i will always recommend this shop to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired

He even had the audacity to question why I don't just trade my car in for a new one. It is not for him to decide what I can or cannot afford, so I decided to take my business elsewhere after this unprofessionalism.

Driven Automotive exceeded expectations. The barometer for me is always customer service. From the first impression, service writer Steve Lee knocked it out of the park. The Driven Automotive facilities are modern, well maintained, and make it obvious that customer impressions matter to them. Steve conveyed clear understanding of our maintenance needs and gave us clear expectations. Ultimately, Driven Automotive didn't try to upsell me on service not readily needed and provided solid advice and guidance on potential future service. The credibility already established from the first phone call gave me confidence that Driven Automotive are pros interested in letting their work product and reputation be their greatest selling point. We were really impressed and planning to be loyal customers moving forward with all our vehicles!
