The police kind of shrugged and told me they'd come back in a few hours and mark it for towing if it was still there. I sold my 2001 Lexus that had sat for many months with a dead battery! I had it towed to Airport Chevron by their towing service which was fast and effortless. I heard back with would have been a potentially costly repair upon first glance but Brad was so kind and told me not to panic... he would check it thoroughly which he did this morning. He called and thank Jesus, it was just a really bad short in the battery that was draining the electrical system, NOT the alternator!! I am SO grateful and would not hesitate to recommend Airport Chevron!

STEVE may not have ended up towing us, but he absolutely deserves FIVE stars...and then some…read more My boyfriend was stranded on road 30 miles from Jordan Valley, with his dog and a broken jack after getting a flat tire. Barely any cell service and no traffic coming through as evening was approaching. To make things more stressful, I was coordinating everything from many states away, relaying information between them because my boyfriend could barely hold a signal long enough to make calls himself. After the nearest gas station and another towing company couldn't help, we were referred to Steve at Owyhee Towing & Recovery. From the moment I reached him, Steve was a lifeline. He was already done for the day, but without hesitation, he was willing to drive hours to reach my boyfriend in the middle of nowhere using GPS coordinates. Before committing, he made multiple calls on our behalf trying to find a closer, cheaper option for us. He genuinely wanted the best outcome for us, not just a job. When nothing else panned out, he was ready to go, and gave me a clear fee upfront so there were no surprises. We ended up finding a solution on our own, but knowing Steve was in our corner made an incredibly stressful situation bearable. He stayed responsive over text and phone calls with me the entire time, he never made us feel like we were on our own. In a remote area where help is hard to find, Steve showed up with kindness, patience, and real humanity. That's worth recognizing. If you're ever in a bind out in Owyhee County, Steve is the person you want on the other end of the phone.

It's rare to meet someone who goes out of their way for a stranger these days, but Steve did exactly that. If you ever need a tow, call Owyhee Towing and ask for Steve -- you'll be in the best hands possible!
