I really enjoyed this restaurant. I like the diner vibe and the food did not disappoint. We got pancakes, French toast, biscuits and gravy, and eggs. I thought everything was fantastic. I really liked the pancakes and the syrup. I don't like sausage, so I really appreciate that sausage in the gravy is optional because I was craving biscuits and gravy! Also everything is a good price in my opinion compared to other chains whose food isn't as good. Our waitress was super nice and very helpful despite the rush going on. I would definitely return! read more

The 3 stars is just because the service was great. The food has a lot to be desired. (At least the dish I had does.) The menu described it as marinated in a tangy sauce, not a neon like pink sauce topped on it. The sauce was super sweet, unsure if it's a sweet and sour or a French type salad dressing. This is my second visit in the last 7 years and most likely my last. No hate to them or those who like this place. I just don't see why they need to use such cheap ingredients and execute it so poorly. I am really disappointed in the food. read more

Came here at least once a month when I was stationed at Fort Campbell many moons ago. It's always packed, so you gonna wait . I mean, nice mom and pops so you know food is good. So plan your next visit ahead ! read more

I ate my breakfast before I got any pictures, oops! Stopped here with a friend on a Sunday morning. It was 9:30am and the place was pretty filled already. It's seat yourself, so I snagged an open booth. We only had 2 in our party, but 4 could fit comfortably. The table was clean, and I was given a menu promptly, along with coffee and water. The waitresses will, no shit, come to your table CONSTANTLY to ask if you need a coffee refill. Not even just your waitress, whoever has a coffee pot! It was really nice because my cup was always hot and filled, but I also had to refuse several times because it was too hot for me to drink. After some time checking out their fairly extensive menu, I settled on the City Slicker breakfast-- French toast, eggs, and choice of meat (I chose bacon.) My friend got the country ham platter with eggs and pancakes. Our food came out quickly, considering the number of people being served. Everything was hot and cooked to order. There was syrup on the table and lots of butter for our pancakes and French toast. I asked for hot sauce for my eggs, and they had Cholula, my fav. I did use the bathroom while we were there. It was a single stall with a changing table. There was enough room for someone with a handicap to move around, and moms with active toddlers. Everything was clean and stocked. If you like diner food and speedy service, get to gettin! We will be back! read more

Horrible service! I sent my wife and kids to get breakfast at this diner on Valentine's Day which is shared with our anniversary since I can't join them while I'm on deployment. The hostess didn't even give my wife and kids a chance to sit down and eat as she waited 30 minutes to eat as she welcomed couples that came in after my wife and gave them tables of 4. While my wife asked about what was going on, the hostess returned the answer " I don't really see a mom and her kids come out on Valentine's Day " I am highly disappointed and hurt because how my wife was treated ! read more

great food, fast service, and pretty cheap! 10/10 i would definitely go again it was like $20 for 2

The place was busy but they were still giving great service. Find out as we checked out that they were actually understaffed that morning. Wow. They did great. Food was solid breakfast fare. Nothing stood out as fantastic, but nothing stood out as mediocre, either. I definitely would go back. read more

Great experience! Don't be scared of what appears to be a long line or wait. We got added to the list and were surprised how fast we got seated (party of 3, Saturday morning @1000). Everyone liked what they ordered. Waitress was attentive and friendly. 3 other staff members checked on us and asked if we wanted drink refills. Price was very reasonable, I was pleased fly surprised how cheap everything was and again the food was really good. I'll be back and highly recommend this place for at least breakfast! read more

My husband and I eat here every time we come to visit. Never been disappointed in the portions size nor the quality of the food. Wait staff is very friendly and attentive. They were good about refills. It is not a fancy dinner. It is what we would call mom and pop dinner. We love it and will continue to come back we were are here. read more

I have been coming here since 2016. I love it but it has become waaaaaay to expensive can't afford it anymore just left me an my 4 year old split a meal it was $18 with no tip. For breakfast lmao 1 omelette side of pancakes an 1 side of sausage 18 bucks...come on lol read more

The western omelet, and pancakes were very delicious. The biscuits and gravy really did not have any taste.

If you love or are craving pancakes... this is your place! I'm not even much of a pancake person but I am hooked on the pancakes here. Been here 3 times this month and every single time they are made the same. The service is great. The waitresses are friendly! Definitely recommend if you are in the area. read more

We came at 6AM Sunday March 30th. The server was absolutely amazing. The food usually is amazing as well. Today it wasn't. My husband steak was barely cooked, he ordered it medium well. His hash browns was to crispy he picked through them to eat what he could. My biscuits and gravy was so hard you couldn't even cut into the biscuits. The cook for some reason is cooking in the dark. I'm watching him cook in the dark as I'm writing this. Love the music that we get to play while we eat. Server was amazing! read more

Great Place, Service, coffee, and FOOD!! (That's really all you need to hear!) If you plan on having two or more people, expect a little bit of a wait. (Place is Busy, but nothing too crazy, and wait times don't seem too long.) If that bothers you then you should just call ahead and order to go! (They offer that too!) read more

Super late review (stopped in on 3/29/21) while driving back to my home state but needed some breakfast! Exactly as expected - standard American diner, standard American food and standard American service! Food was good (we had a party of three), zero complaints and we popped right back on the road to drive home. I would easily swing in again on a road trip where I needed that quick diner breakfast! read more

G's Pancake House - Egg & Bacon Omlette - American Near Me - Oak Grove, Kentucky

Love this place. Went in for more of a 'homemade' breakfast this morning without making it myself. Service was good and food was fresh and tasty. The reason for the 4* is that my bacon had more fat than my personal preferences. Also, the contents of my omelette wasn't spread out completely, so it was just all egg about an inch on each end and no other contents. I'll be back again cause I enjoy their food and service overall. read more

G's Pancake House - Steak omelette, side of bacon, toast, and coffee - American Near Me - Oak Grove, Kentucky

my nephew and I were there on Saturday for breakfast. We had a very rude waitress named RandI. we had went there two weeks bfore and our order was only $28.?? with toast of our choice. Randy charged us for the toast and we had exactly the same breakfast we had two weeks before, only this time our order was $42.21. Well we can't understand why two different visits and two different charges. And this time the food was terrible. But I always thought that toast came with your breakfast. I had nothing but and omelet with toast. my nephew had omelet, pancakes, toast, and biscuits and gravy. I probably should have looked at the order ticket better that she wrote. I was basically shocked about being charged for toast that I thought can't with your breakfast. I would never recommend having her as a waitress. she never even came back and waited on us, we had two other waitresses and never even came to see if we needed anything or even offer more coffee but yet RandI wrote up the ticket and received the tip. bad waitresses are bad for business. Get rid of Randi, Please.!! And I actually highly recommended G's pancake house #4 to people. What was I thinking. read more

Thanksgiving in Fort Campbell and Clarksville was a doozy. We usually eat China Buffet but we didn't get that chance here. As a last resort, we went to G's Pancake House. The server was very nice BUT the coffee was bland. The food was so so. They forgot what we ordered more than once. We had to even ask for silverware. The place was not busy, so I felt a little depressed. My husband liked his Blueberry waffle. The baked potato - so so. My steak was blah, and I can cook a great steak. $25 (plus a $7 tip) for our meals. I gave it two stars because the servers were polite, and the blueberry waffle was good. I rather go to the Waffle House. read more

The Service is fast, friendly and the food is very reasonable. It is right down the road from the Oakgrove Casino. We eat there every morning it is very popular with the locals. The one thing everyone can agree on about this place is it has OUTSTANDING service. The ladies were very friendly and attentive. The lady that seated us even came outside to let us know our booths were ready. The food was on par with the service. Eggs were made just as I asked, pancakes were on point (even though I thought they would've been bigger) and my coffee cup was kept full. It's a great spot for breakfast. I highly recommend. read more

It was between this one and the one in Clarksville. I called Clarksville before heading that way there was a 50 minute wait. I walked right into the one in KY and sat wherever I wanted to. Staff was busy and service was a bit slow but food was OUTSTANDING! I ordered the pecan pancakes with a side of hash browns and ham marvelous!! There was not a crumb left in that plate. Will go to again for sure read more

This was the worst breakfast food I've ever had, and it was way overpriced. Won't go back.

Great food ,staff is very friendly. The French toast is amazing. Coffee is never empty. Recommend this place .

Ight look I have not been here in many many years and it looks like they renovated the place (good for them) with that being said they cut cost with the quality of the food for sure. The OJ I don't remember being served up in a machine. It just doesn't hit the same. Machine OJ taste like a school cafeteria. Ight and the main thing that really fueled this review... If it weren't for me being so hungry I would have just up and left. The chicken smelt aweful! like it did not even smell like chicken! and it sure did not taste like it neither, Bro, I gaged like this was fear factory and I was eating to survive. Like hands down, I won't be getting no chicken anything from G's... I'll stick to the pancakes, scrambled eggs And their french toast looked real good. The rest, I'm good. Serive is awesome, I have not had issues the the workers there. Lastley the place looked good, clean, not too loud and I think it was renovated at some point. First time back in many years. read more
