Then we met one of the stallions and fed him carrots. We got in our cars and drove to meet some mares and foals. Took a bit for the mares to come and greet us but they all did eventually. Very friendly horses, especially when you have carrots. Lastly we saw the yearling fillies. Beautiful setting. This was so fun, highly recommend if in the area.

First there is no fees to do the activities but they had less activities because it is a true growing farm. Many animals walking around and you could purchase feed to feed the goats for a small fee. We enjoyed seeing the longhorn cattle on our way there and all the chickens walking around. We rode out to the pumpkin patch on a wagon pulled by a tractor. The pumpkin patch is really large and the ride was quite nice. We bought a small pumpkin that was reasonably priced at $4.00.

They have several options for hard cider on tap as well as a variety of food options. We took a hay ride and attempted the corn maze. There's a store with so many different products for purchase. Apples, cider, donuts, jams/jellies, honey, spices, baking mixes, and so many more. I was surprised at all the things they offered. Hot chocolate is a beverage that not infrequently lets me down, but this one was full-flavored, and both the spice and the sweetness came through. My chocolate chip brownie with cream cheese icing was wildly indulgent. I didn't have a need for any more than that, but if I did, they certainly could have provided something worthwhile. The drive up there is a little scary, but they do have staff handling it via walkie talkies to make sure there's not a collision!
