Pretty easy course, if your an experienced player you might have a career day. A few water hazards but compared to other courses not many water hazards or bunkers. The only issues I have had is the fact that the majority of the course is built in two neighborhoods which won't matter as long as you don't shank one too bad. The other issue is with the driving range you are limited to woods and not allowed to tee off with driver. I don't like this however I do understand as about 300 from the tee is a house straight ahead of you on top of an elevated field. If you are a good driver you would hit it every time. Overall the staff is nice, clean course to play, and reasonable priced.

The tee boxes lack markers of where the blue, white or red tees are. The greens, although a hole is there, lack a cup or flag. You have no idea where to hit your approach shot until after you're on the green. Then, after you putt, you take your ball out of a dirt hole. Good luck with that if there's been rain. The pro shop should advise you of these conditions prior to accepting your money.
