If you can't tolerate gluten, their cauliflower crust is awesome. If you can tolerate gluten, then you can appreciate the differences in how their four styles are prepared. It was happy hour when we arrived, so I decided to get a slice of Nee Haven. I believe it was a slice of White Brocolli Apizza. Super thin crust that gives off that satisfying crisp when you bite it, yet is soft when you chew. Very yum. My wife opted for the Cheeky Monkey on cauliflower crust. Their meatballs have bread crumbs, so we subbed in their over roasted chicken for the meatballs. Their cauliflower crust is also incredibly thin and slightly cheesy. Their roasted chicken was extremely juicy. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Seating inside was clean and bright. You can also sit outside. This is definitely a great place to frequent.

It's not a crunchy cracker crust or premade cauliflower crust. It's a perfectly crisped but soft, doughy texture. If you are a gluten free pizza lover, their pies are a must try. Their wood fire oven is the best way to enjoy pizza and their flavors/execution reminds me of my time spent in Italy. I did not wait more than 10 minutes for my personal pizza and was impressed by the efficiency of their food truck setup. I can't wait to find them again and enjoy more pizza.

I'm a dessert connoisseur and eat my fair amount of sweets (more than I should probably) but this was one of the tops. The cream on top was so silky, and the flavor was unreal.
