This math isn't mathing. All the work is completed by sub-contractors. I would stay at your home and watch and count labor hours and materials actually being used. The first was to secure TileVana Superior Reno LLC's services as outlined in a quote. This quote outlined a payment for Drawings and Permits. The payment was provided to on May 27th and was posted on May 31st. The second payment requested came on Wednesday, June 1st. This payment was for 1/2 of the total investment for white shaker cabinets. . This payment was provided to TileVana on June 1st and posted on June 2nd. To date, there is no tangible proof of service provided by TileVana. I have failed to receive permits and drawings. There is no record of TileVana filing plans or permits with the City of Fort Myers for myself on my property. In addition to the absence of permits and drawings, there is also no sales record/invoice for the purchase of cabinets. In summation, I paid for services and products and have yet to receive anything from TileVana. I requested a refund for these services back in June and have yet to receive anything. Presently legal action has been taken with a small claims court claim. There has been no contact from Tilevana or any of their representatives to mediate. Further investigation into the organization showed there were other victims of TileVana where deposits were services were collected but no services were provided. Pulling a license check reveals that the business does not maintain a contractor's license and is only listed as having a Null/Voided license as a Nail Tech in other words this company has no certification to work on people's homes. Please learn from my error and steer clear from this organization as they have stolen my money and no services have been rendered. Please seek out reviews of this organization on Yelp and Facebook for more insight. Pull public records in Collier County to understand the individuals you are doing business with.
