Five Reasons to Consider Lynch Roofing (And Why We Hired Them)…read more 1. Lynch Roofing is a local business After every major Chicago storm, homeowners can expect a solicitation from what appears to be fly by night yet contractors; it's most reassuring that the company has been in the area for over 40 years and they certainly know the local weather. 2. The company offers a guarantee on the work done AND material defects Hopefully, we won't have to be using it, but it's great to have it as a part of the contract. 3. Fast no fuss communication There was no need for extra clarifications/follow ups: Bob came in almost the next day to look at the roof; he really listened to our concerns; the estimate was promptly delivered via email. It was also very easy and fast to set up the actual date; we were kept in the loop on the details. 4. Good team As the other reviewer pointed out, Lynch Roofing doesn't seem to use subcontractors. Why it matters: the team clearly have been working together for a long time, they are able to work efficiently and fast. Bob came in to keep us updated on the progress; as well as got on the roof himself to help out/supervise. 5. Value The estimate was clear to understand, fair and competitive. Ultimately, Lynch Roofing turned a stressful situation of needing to replace a worn-out roof into a quick and pleasant experience.

Enter Dan Dobrenick and the rest of the team at Durable Roofing and everything was smooth sailing. Dan led my wife and I through the whole claims process for BOTH of our claims and made certain that ALL damage was covered and replaced properly. He walked us through the building codes, the shingles, the venting, the gutters... I truly couldn't be more happy with both the assistance and the quality of the work. The insurance dance took some time (current building codes had to be adhered to, etc.) but in the end, with little more than a few phone calls and a few visits from appraisers, Dan was able to get the entirety of the damage covered, replaced and looking better than ever.

I'm glad that we called In & Out Restoration because Angelo and John gave us a clear, accurate estimate and got the work completed quickly and professionally. I say that we initially had trouble finding a company to do the work, not because no one wanted our business but because other companies wanted us to sign contracts that would empower them to negotiate directly with our insurance provider and, from my perspective, call for repairs that weren't needed. For instance, one roofer whom we called claimed that a beam in our garage had been cracked and needed to be replaced when it clearly hadn't been damaged. The same company wanted us to file a claim for replacing the entire roof of our house, which hadn't been damaged by the falling tree. My take on it was that that company simply wanted to increase the overall cost and scope of the project. In contrast, In & Out Restoration came up with an estimate that was very similar to what our insurance provider had given us. It was a fair, honest price for the work that we needed done, and they completed it well. Beyond that, they were pleasant, friendly people to work with. For that, I will gladly hire this company again the next time we need work done.

Any other company would have sold us on anything and everything - Mike is not that type of guy, he is honest and direct with what is needed. After dealing with a nightmare of a storm-chaser it was a breath of fresh air to have Mike on site. We decided to move forward with DynaFlow. After choosing the roof color and notifying Mike of our decision, he was out within days for the installation. The guys were at our house promptly at 730am. Mike was onsite the day of to make sure everything was smoothly. He sent me pictures during the day to keep me updated! They were completed in one day.
