Pros: Immediate response when button or fall detection is triggered day or night. And I'm clumsy so they check in with me every few days. Cons: My pendants low battery has been replaced 3 times over the past year at a cost of $20 delivery fee each time to get my replacement. The two technicians assigned to do the installation, Felix and Larry, were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. They knew what they were doing and it showed in the quality of their work. What I was particularly impressed with was their ability to come up with creative solutions for the wiring of both the intercom and the elevator keypad. Some vendors we contacted were reluctant to bid on the project because of the challenges involved, especially with the elevator keypad installation.
