Groundworks just left my property. I am more than happy with the work performed. The 2 men showed up on time and did exactly what I wanted done. Josh and hmmmm. sorry I forget the other man's name went straight to work, did not hang around and stare at their phones all day like a lot of other contractors do. I have a crawlspace basement and needed a sump pump and also needed insulation and existing poly removed. I thought about doing this project myself but health issues got in the way. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't cheap by any means, but these guys know what there doing and were super efficient. Cleaned up everything, did not leave anything behind. After job was completed, they explained to me how the pump works and who to call if there is an issue. All in all a rare good experience with a contractor. Would highly recommend. Marvin and Larry arrived Saturday, April 11, 2026, and began working right away to install a powerful dehumidifier that vented moisture from the basement to the outside. The process was explained to me and to my contractor; they made sure both of us understood the whole process of beginning to remove mold from my basement.
