We had a number of fixes done to our basement to keep it dry. Involved a fair amount of work routing discharge pipes, installing a dehumidifier. We felt the price was well within reason, and Rescon was VERY professional every step along they way. Always did what they said they would do, on time and with little mess. We are very happy and will use them again: highly recommend. read more

Rescon knows how to fix wet basements. And in my experience, when there was a need for a customer service intervention, they respond professionally and properly, willing to go the extra mile. So my prior 4 start review is now a five star !! Marcos, the installation expert, and Logan, my sales rep, are both friendly and understanding, a credit to their owner Chris Brown, who runs a steady ship. Maybe not the cheapest, but probably the best in the area. If you REALLY want the job done once and for all, call Rescon. Life is too short to mess around with a mess. read more

The team did an excellent job from the initial estimating to the installation and cleanup. The install team led by Pat were extremely knowledgeable and courteous! I would definitely recommend them for this type of work. Great product, knowledgeable staff and great value. read more

Josh and Derek did an extremely amazing job putting my new pump system inside the house. Not only does the system work wonderfully, but they kept any mess to a bare minimum. Great work, great people... I highly recommend this business read more

Hi, I just wanted to give a shout out to Rescon Basement Solutions and their entire staff for doing a great job on fixing our basement water issues. Specifically, I want to call out the following individuals: * Beth M, Senior Project Manager * Alexa M, Production Coordinator I had a ton of follow-up questions for Beth after her initial visit and quote. She patiently and courteously handled all of my questions. Alexa was great to deal with from the office as well. From the installation crew: * Patrick * Shayne * Chris * Josh * Ryan These guys all did a great job. All very professional, very courteous, very neat, etc. With the exception of the new concrete and pump equipment, it looks like they were never here! All of the drainage lines were done very well and neatly with little or no disturbance to our yard. They ran into a few snags with our situation which could not be anticipated, but they worked through the issues, like the professionals like they are and got the job done, on time, on budget, and neatly. I highly recommend Rescon Basement Solutions for any other potential customers. They do a great job. Roy Berger Rye, NH read more

I had been having issues with water in my basement for years, and was also in need of a bulkhead replacement so I called Rescon, on the recommendation of a friend who used them in 2019. Within a week, a project manager (Steve) was out to do an assessment. By the end of that day I had a quote for a full bulkhead replacement and sump pump system with trench for water mitigation, in my inbox. The work was scheduled as soon as I made the decision to move forward. That was mid-April. 4 weeks ago a crew of 3 came out to install the sump pump, and today one gentleman came out to replace the bulkhead. All workers were friendly, professional and meticulous. Pictures are attached. I would highly recommend Rescon for any basement solution needs!! read more

I had an ongoing problem with a leak in my foundation and another company had done an awful job with the repair and it kept leaking. Rescon and James did a fantastic job and it's dry and looks much better as an added bonus. Also, Alexa in the office kept me informed of the progress, thanks Rescon! read more

Rescon went above and beyond in completing some foundation support in our 170 barn. They were very professional, easy to work with, and always communicated clearly every step of the way. We had received a quote from another company, and Rescon came in less than half of the other guy. Chris, the owner, came out personally and walked us through the project. Marcos and his team are top notch and worked hard to get the job done. I highly recommend Rescon! read more

Bob Lambert and his team at Rescon were great from the start. From estimating, planning, and finishing the job. I would highly recommend them for any of your basement needs. I wish the other contractors I have/will be working with were like Bob and his crew! read more

Rescon did an amazing job assessing my basement water/sump issues and coming up with a solution. They also did a great job reassuring me that nothing was out of the ordinary, so I felt comfortable with hiring them to solve it. The crew was on time every day, very communicative, and safe with COVID protocols. I never spoke to anyone without a mask on. I'm appreciative of the work and wouldn't hesitate to hire again. Now for a good night sleep! read more

It's been a year since we had a French Drainage System installed. What's a French Drainage System ? I will tell you. It's perforated pipes that are placed on top of pebbles one foot under ground along the inside perimeter of the home which gets connected to a sump pump which is connected to heavy duty plastic pipes that move water outside and away from the home. That's my layman 's explanation. I highly recommend it and I highly recommend taking advantage of the yearly inspection service offered. Increased our peace of mind and our home's value! read more

Marcos came and did a great job diagnosing the problem and remedying the problem. Nice job! read more

15,000$ for a system and it faills time after time. Every time they try and fix the problem they charge me a service fee for a system that had a warranty on it. Dont waste your time with these clowns read more

Good customer service. A Rescon rep came out to inspect my old bulkhead door and then provided a reasonable quote. I selected what I wanted done from the quote and scheduled the replacement door. There was a delay in the installation but they let me know about the delay early enough for planning. The installer James was friendly and very competent. He did a nice job of lining up and installing the new door. I recommend this company highly. read more

As President of the Bunker Estates Condominiums, we had a structural crack and several settling cracks in the 3 garden style buildings on the property. Working with Marcos, James and Matt with Marcos doing the assessments, I must say how impressed I am with the entire team and the entire project. This was a large project that fixed 18 foundation cracks and included drainage work in the front of one building. Everything they did, from describing the work, materials, the process, suggesting multiple cost saving alternatives, scheduling, communication, site work, cleanup and finish work and then invoicing with warranty processing is one of the most professional experiences I have ever had with a contractor. I give them my highest possible recommendation for work of this nature. A special thanks goes out to Marcos who is straightforward and honest and has the experience and knowledge to help you make the correct decisions. read more

We used Rescon back in October 2019 to bury our sump pump discharge at our new home. They did an amazing job, and it's so nice to not constantly have water flowing into our patio area. We ended up having to call them again because our sump pump was causing our breakers to trip. They were able to schedule service in less than a week (which is great in my opinion!), and Nate was able to figure out what the problem was immediately. They replaced our old sump pump with a much better one, and the best part? The price was great! Nate got the job done quickly, and correctly. Rescon will absolutely be our go-to basement solution place for life! read more

I called Rescon to extend my sump pump discharge pipe so that it would drain further off our lawn. Their service team is excellent. Kathy Powers immediately scheduled the work and Dillon came out to dig the trench and re-pipe the whole thing. I am so pleased with the work and service they provide that I have decided to install a battery back up so that my basement stays dry when the power is out. Thank you, Rescon. read more

Rescon was amazing! They were extremely clean and efficient. Dillon and his team explained every step of the process, were very courteous, and for such a nosy messy dirty job made us feel like they were barely even there. Chris the owner came to the job site and once again made sure we were happy. It was also great to see him interact with his team, give guidance, and be helpful rather than just shout orders. Overall a great experience! read more

These guys were absolutely amazing! We were having problems with radon and our sump pump. They came in and replaced our old sump pump, dug it deeper (to be the appropriate depth), and extended the drain to be further away from the house and under ground. First off, they gave us a date in like September/October but managed to actually come out beginning of August. They came within the window and all of the crew was super polite and professional. They put in the new sump pump and even rearranged the hose so it was against the wall and not floating straight up to give it a cleaner look. Originally the pump drained to an open hose right next to the house. They extended it so it was away from the house, buried it and put a proper drain at the end. I don't even know how they did it, but it doesn't look like the ground was disturbed at all. Overall I was super impressed with my entire experience and would highly recommend to anyone! read more

We hired Rescon for a full finish of our 1400 square foot basement. Mike Hankes and Steve Newhall did a great job up front helping with the layout and answering all our questions. The project took approximately 3.5 months and came out fantastic. Kurt was our primary each day and he was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had asked that all of our finishes matched the top two floors of the home and at the end of the day they did. We ended up having a home office, large home gym, media room and a very large 2 section playroom separated by a knee wall (with a chalk wall feature). The online portal for communicating and selecting options on the project was especially convenient. Great job by Tim, Steve, Kurt and the rest of the team at Rescon. read more

Don't look anywhere else: use Rescon! We used them for waterproofing and encapsulation for our crawl space. Initially there was still a water concern in one problem area. They came out a number of times to trouble shoot, problem solve and correct. They take pride in their work and want the customer to be happy. Marcos was the primary person who always came out. He responded quickly every time with a positive attitude; Marcos is an asset to Rescon! This company truly cares about you - the customer. read more

I really enjoyed my experience. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and nice to work with. It was a nice change of pace as compared to other contractors I have hired. We had the basement from hell. When we purchased the home in late summer you couldn't be in the basement without being overwhelmed by an awful smell. It was in bad shape and there were potentially health issues. Dirt floor basement, lots of moisture, signs of water, remnants of mold. Again: basement from hell. I researched several companies and was immediately impressed by Rescon. Bob Brewster was fantastic to work with. Initially he came out to the house twice - once to make an assessment and then to provide a detailed plan to turn our basement from hell into a healthy, clean and usable space. Bob is easy going, detailed and really responsive - and he is incredibly knowledgeable about all things in the area of basement waterproofing. Throughout the entire process Bob was always available to answer any questions that I had. When it came time to have the work done, Bob came out to go over the plan with me and he introduced me to his crew. They worked quickly and provided me updates every day as they went. It was a big job. Vapor barrier on all of the walls in the basement and in a small crawl space area; removing debris and large rocks from the dirt floor, digging a trench, prepping everything for the concrete pour, installing the drainage and sump, overseeing the concrete pour, installing the exterior drainage, etc. The before and after photos are incredible - it doesn't even look like the same basement. It went from a war zone to a clean, usable and healthy space - just as Bob promised. I would highly recommend Rescon to anyone. read more

After obtaining several quotes and speaking with several business representatives from other companies about waterproofing our basement late November, we hired RESCON. They removed a huge amount of ledge because part of our floor was raised due to ledge....Then they installed a Grate Drain around the perimeter of our basement and finished the floor. We had a minor issue with a leak after they did their work, unlike many companies who would blow you off and not be responsive, RESCON is not like that. They corrected the issue quickly and we couldn't be happier with the service they have provided. They are one of the best companies we have ever worked with. They are professional, responsible, courteous, dependable, responsive, follow up when they say they are going to follow up and stand behind their work!. Each staff member we came in contact with, regardless of their position was very pleasant and easy to work with. You just don't find businesses with this level of customer service and quality of work anymore. We would highly recommend them to anyone and we would use them again. read more

I have a cape style home that was built in the 1950s. Seasonally (spring and fall) with the thaw or heavy rain, we experienced everything from puddles up to 2 inches of water in our basement. Last Decemeber, after a heavy rain, surprise, water in the basement. At that point, I decided I never wanted to deal with it again. I reached out to 3 local waterproofing contractors. After meeting with all the contractors that came out, we decided to go have Rescon Basement Solutions do the work. We found our project Project Manager, Beth Murch, to be the most knowledgeable out of the 3 we met with. We decided to have the work done as soon as possible. To our surprise, they were able to do the waterproofing in the winter. One of our water issues was our walls would leak. Rescon came in and put a sealed wall liner up that then drains the water into a French drain system they installed. We also had a sump pump in the floor in a 5 gallon bucket, that didn't do much of anything. We upgraded to their pumping system with a closed lid. The project only took 4 days. It was unbelievable the amount of work accomplished in such a short period of time. These guys were great! Most importantly, even with all the snow we got last winter, not one drop of water in our basement this spring. read more
