My mom went into the spa to start the check in process. I asked the front desk attendant if I could add additional services and was told that the therapist would coordinate the extra services for me. We officially was taken to the back around 11:10. An attendant tried giving us a quick tour and we went to get undressed for the massages. The therapists quickly met us at the waiting room and took us back. When I entered the room I told Jennifer what areas I wanted to focus on and asked about a facial. She said she will have to check. She walked out the room and I waited for about 5 minutes. When she returns she tells me I cannot get a facial until 4p and I declined the service. She then proceeds to place a Bluetooth radio on the table by my head, it was playing faucet water sounds. I thought it was weird but I went along with it. She started the massage and I the whole time I was thinking "is she touching me?!". She literally poked my back, rubbed my left arm, applied foot scrub on my feet, wiped it off and we were done! I was like What The ENTIRE Fuck?!?! I put my robe on and went to look for my mom. I was like did we schedule a 30 minute or an hour? The rest of our party was there and confirmed it was for 50 minutes. I was livid!! So I assumed it was cut short due to us arriving late and then being busy I understand that. So when we went to the counter to pay they wanted to charge us for a full 50 minutes massage. I refused to pay for a shitty 30 minutes massage at the 50 minute rate. I requested to pay the 30 minute rate. I was accommodated with the proper rate. I was just so disappointed. I feel like I just gave Jennifer/ Eilan to waste an "hour" of my Mother's Day. She took the time to ask me about my prior skincare treatments, my current skincare products, and taught me about what products I can introduce into my routine, and their benefits. I appreciated that she was also conscious of my budget and didn't push me to buy a whole new skin care set but suggested certain items I can eventually swap for in my current routine when I'm ready. It was also my first time doing micro-needling. Bria is very experienced, she makes it such a relaxing and fun experience. I also got to meet Amaya who helps film for social media, she was very kind, and being in a room together made my spa day feel like a fun girls day more than just a micro-needling session. I loved the experience, and most of all the results. I already see amazing results and I can't wait to keep coming back.

Terrible management and customer service--photos speak for themselves…read more While the nurse practitioner who treated me was pleasant and apologetic, my experience with the management and customer service at The Injection Room was unacceptable. I came in for Botox and Sculptra, spending $2,000. During the treatment for my crow's feet, a vein was hit, resulting in a severe, spreading black eye. I have been receiving Botox regularly for 13 years and have never experienced bruising anywhere near this level. The swelling and discoloration were so intense that I had to proactively explain what happened to colleagues at work because it looked like I had suffered a traumatic injury. What made this situation truly awful was the response from management. It took days to even receive a call back. When management finally addressed the issue, they refused any type of refund or meaningful accommodation on the $2,000 spent, simply pointing out that I had signed a release form and claiming that bruising is normal. In my opinion, brushing off this severity of bruising as "normal" shows complete disregard for client care once they have your money. Nice practitioner, but zero customer support or accountability from leadership when things go wrong. If you look at the attached photo and think that is an acceptable result for $2,000, book here. I will never return.
