Extremely underwhelming experience. I made a group reservation for 11a and 12p. I did arrive to the hotel late, I had to wait in line at valet which took a couple of minutes. My mom went into the spa to start the check in process. I asked the front desk attendant if I could add additional services and was told that the therapist would coordinate the extra services for me. We officially was taken to the back around 11:10. An attendant tried giving us a quick tour and we went to get undressed for the massages. The therapists quickly met us at the waiting room and took us back. When I entered the room I told Jennifer what areas I wanted to focus on and asked about a facial. She said she will have to check. She walked out the room and I waited for about 5 minutes. When she returns she tells me I cannot get a facial until 4p and I declined the service. She then proceeds to place a Bluetooth radio on the table by my head, it was playing faucet water sounds. I thought it was weird but I went along with it. She started the massage and I the whole time I was thinking "is she touching me?!". She literally poked my back, rubbed my left arm, applied foot scrub on my feet, wiped it off and we were done! I was like What The ENTIRE Fuck?!?! I put my robe on and went to look for my mom. I was like did we schedule a 30 minute or an hour? The rest of our party was there and confirmed it was for 50 minutes. I was livid!! So I assumed it was cut short due to us arriving late and then being busy I understand that. So when we went to the counter to pay they wanted to charge us for a full 50 minutes massage. I refused to pay for a shitty 30 minutes massage at the 50 minute rate. I requested to pay the 30 minute rate. I was accommodated with the proper rate. I was just so disappointed. I feel like I just gave Jennifer/ Eilan to waste an "hour" of my Mother's Day. Thank God valet was free. Definitely won't return. read more

Entire staff was really nice, all areas were clean and fully stocked. I enjoyed the massage, facial, mani and pedi package.

Literally the best massage I've ever had! I went with no expectations and left feeling absolutely amazing! The ambience is definitely relaxing and helps you to let go of stress and "life" while the massage I had helped my physical body release all tensions. We had a couples massage and it was amazing! You need to make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment time. The people at the front desk were so nice and caring. Right as we walked in, we felt welcomed. They have girls and guys locker rooms that they walk you to. You get a locker where you put your personal belongings and change into a robe and spa sandals. I wish I would have known ahead of time that you also get access to the hotel pool and hot tub for the rest of the day. Next time, we will be taking advantage of it. The massage beds are the most comfortable I have ever been on. They are heated and very customizable on what part of the bed is lifted. The massages were wonderful. Very relaxing atmosphere and all employees had good vibes. After our massage, we utilized the sauna in the locker room and ended with a nice shower. I loved that there was water coming from different directions and the opportunity to have eucalyptus scent as you shower. Gratuity is automatically added to your total. Had a great time staying here the last 3 days (St Patties Weekend). The hotel is great and it's close to the Rim. Adjacent to the hotel is a nice mall with some bars and restaurants. Our room, service and view were all perfect. Very clean and nice. Next time in San Antonio we will definitely stay here. read more

We had the sugar scrub and mask treatment before our massage. Then Pam took over as my massage therapist and was absolutely wonderful. Definitely an experienced technician. Woah! My wife and booked a couples massage recently for our wedding anniversary. We went with a 50 minute massage. The massage -We had Mandi and Pam four our couples massage . By far the best massage I have had in years . Just the right pressure and they were very attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. The room was peaceful dark, cozy and very relaxing . The place - The spa is located inside the Hotel / resort . When I booked the massage the gentleman on the phone told me to show up early and take advantage of the spa. We had no idea what he was referring to ,until we showed up early (12) our appointment was at 1. Woah ...locker rooms to place your personal belongings ...a robe ...and slippers . We took advantage of the sauna, and Co Ed peaceful place before and after our massage . Once the massage was completed Mandi and Pan brought us water and escorted us to our locker rooms for a shower . This place is amazing they make you feel like royalty! read more

Birthday wkend during the Christmas break was wonderful here. Not many attractions except a couple of local bars and eateries but it suited my fancy for the wkend getaway. All amenities were nice and clean. The restaurant downstairs was quaint and food was not outstanding but ok. Will be back again to check out the spa next time! ‍ read more

My wife and I went to the beautiful Spa here at the Eilan Hotel & Spa. When I say it was the best spa experience I've ever had, it literally was! The staff was amazing! I absolutely loved it!! Amy (the director) is the best and she's super sweet! We did the Razul and it was best experience! I felt so relaxed afterwards and so did my wife! Horrrrible Customer service here. We will never return. Not only is the "spa area" sub-par (Loma Vida at La Cantera blows them out of the water). But their "cancellation policy" is unreal. Billed us full price for two 80-min massages that only one person cane for and it wasn't even a full 80 min massage. No call from director to discuss bill... As promised. No offer to use the credit on another date. And we were given reasoning that the spa was extremely busy and could have booked another service. I didn't see one other soul there for the 3 hours I hung out after. This is my 2nd visit here and had same experience. Maybe they get away with treating out of town guests this way bc they leave and forget about it. But as SA locals I promise, I will never recommend this place to anyone for the reasoning of the way they treat their guests. We'll just have to keep visiting La Cantera instead. That being said Raquel, who did my massage, was wonderful and tried to work in the full 80 min in less than 60. Not her fault. read more

The spa has incredibly bad service. A simple matter of purchasing gift cards should not be that difficult. I have been buying them for years because unfortunately my girlfriend like this spa because we live so close. When you get transferred to the spa they rarely answer so it sends you to voicemail to leave a message that is never returned. After finally complaining to a supervisor I had the pleasure of helping the attendant through the process. She apologized a few times and said she was new. After finally processing the payment she explained that now they no longer have the ability to send the certificate via email as they used to. So I had to drive there anyway to pick up the certificate. The in person experience as it turned out was no better. read more
