Carlos and his team were amazing throughout our 4-plex repipe project. They were honest, kind, hardworking, and excellent communicators. They took the time to clearly explain the scope of work and patiently answered all of our questions every step of the way. Their work ethic was incredible, they worked long hours, even with our tenants that presented challenges, yet always remained positive and professional. They also took exceptional care to protect all 4 units by sealing off work areas with plastic sheeting, using drop cloths throughout the units, and thoroughly cleaning up at the end of each day. They were always punctual, arrived exactly when promised, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care minimized the disruption of such a major project. We couldn't recommend them more highly. read more

Ground Up Plumbing - I just needed to replace four separate p-traps. - Water Heater Installation/Repair Near Me

These guys are the best. My water heater decided to burst in the middle of the night and completely flooded my garage and kitchen, leaving the house a colossal steamy mess. I jumped on Yelp to find help, and I called these guys as soon as I woke up at 4:30 am. THEY ANSWERED! Wow, I was unsure what to do until Carlos helped walk me through the steps over the phone. Not but an hour later, he arrived to repair the plumbing. "What next I asked"? Carlos chuckled and gave me the number to a trusted company that could come out to the house and assist me with the insurance claim, the drying out of all the water, and ultimately the rebuilding of my walls and flooring in the kitchen. All around, this terrible experience turned into a blessing in disguise as my house looks better than it it did before the flood. Highly recommended! A+ read more

He is extremely professional and very thorough. He was very honest in his approach with recommendations to ensure the job got done correctly and to save me some money and time. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am I came across this business. It was literally a perfect Friday night when I heard water running under my bathroom shower. I walked under my house to see every home owners worst fear - a pipe spraying water. I put in a request on Yelp and businesses started to reach out to me left and right. None of them had the reviews that Ground Up Plumbing had. I spoke with Carlos and he was professional, understanding and kind. He asked for some pictures and let me know he saw where the primary problem was and how to fix it. Within 45 minutes Anthony was at my door ready to take care of things. Not only did he locate the problem, but he showed me and explained what he would have to do. It was about 30 minutes later and Anthony was asking me to turn the water on again and double checking his work. Everything was operating perfectly. Call this business and you won't be sorry. It's the only place I'm calling in the future for anything plumbing related. read more

In dealing with issues of our garbage disposal not being installed right (by yours truly) as well dealing with leaks in the PVC under the sink, it was a pain in the butt. In reaching out to other plumbers, I kept getting the run around regarding availability and the prices they were asking for were $400+, just to reinstall a garbage disposal (that's a little over a month old and works just fine; some of them were even trying to sell me a new one...WHICH WE DIDN'T NEED!!) With Carlos, he was quick to respond, patient, and offered good pricing. He showed up the next day and within the agreed upon time range....which says a lot about work ethic . Would definitely recommend for any residential project. read more
