I've taken my Chihuahua to Groomology twice for a nail trim. Both times they have done an amazing job and have been so kind and gentle with my old girl. I would definitely recommend taking your pets here for top notch service. read more

If I could give this place a -0 I would!!!! These people BUTCHERED my toy poodles! I had been traveling and my dogs were matted. I have taken them like that to other reputable groomers and they had no problem, brushing her hair out. I made sure that I asked for a good groomer and let them know that they needed extra care. Furthermore, I told them not to shave my dogs and that if they couldn't do the job to please not touch them and let me know. They said it wasn't going to be a problem that they were going to cut some hair which I was fine with. I also made it very clear for them to not shave their little faces. The groomer said that was fine and she promised not to do that. They cared more about making the money & still went through with it knowing full well they couldn't do the job. I have three witnesses when I was on the phone with them that heard this conversation. I went to pick up my dogs after them being there for over five hours just to find them completely shaved and looking like rats. They still wanted to charge me over $320 for this! Not to mention that they illegally charge extra fees if you want to use a credit card! I left the groomers in tears. I couldn't believe what they did to my two toy poodles. If they couldn't do a job, they should have respected my wishes and told me they couldn't do it and left them alone, and I would've dealt with it myself, but instead they took it upon themselves to shave their hair off and torture them for 5 hours! Please explain to me why it took five entire hours to give me shaved dogs?!?! What made me even more livid was that they told me at the very end that the groomer that they gave me was the one that was in training!!! How dare you!!!! if you notice on their Instagram page they have their comments turned off I wonder why?! because other people have also had bad experiences from what I'm barely coming to find out! I trusted you with my two poodles and you destroyed them. You made promises you couldn't keep just that you could take my money. The worst part about it all is that the larger one came back shaking and vomiting! I'm taking her to the vet in the morning. I'm also getting an attorney to subpoena the videos to see exactly what went on during their grooming process! This is a horrible unethical shop and be careful to not ever trust them with your animals with them! read more

Best grooming service we've had for our little furbaby. We know he's a lot at times, but through the years Nancy and Crystal have done such an amazing job with every groom during our time in El Paso. All staff members are friendly and the facility itself is conveniently located in the east. Loki always gets a cute bandana as well! Outstanding company, my wife and I are sad we need to find another groomer when we move. Highly recommend Groomology. read more

I took,my Llasa Apso to Groomology West today and they cut his nails so short that he was bleeding from the majority of all of them! When they literally have nail tools that have lights for you to gage and not cut their quick or a grinder instead of a nail clipper. to groomers, we understand that you have a tough job and not all dogs are the same BUT we trust our babies to you and expect that you will be as careful with them as we are and when you hurt them and say nothing before handing them off, any trust we had is gone and makes a person wonder what else you omit telling us! Be up front and honest, it's called accountabilit. You said he was fine until you got to his nails and, 'they were sensitive" then do one and stop. I will never recommend you and if anyone asks me about my experience you brt I will be shouting from the rooftop how you hurt my baby! read more

They have consistently groomed my dog exactly the way I wanted them to. They are extremely professional and would highly recommend them. It can be a little higher in price than other places but it's totally worth it!! read more

Love this place! Been to both locations and the groomers are all so professional and very patient when explaining services. Also super thorough when asking how you'd like your pup cut, etc. I'm not originally from EP but I can say with confidence that this is the best pet groomer I've ever been to. It is on the pricier side but you get exactly what you pay for when it comes to groomers! For nervous paw-rents like myself, it is also added plus that they take photos throughout the process and send them to you via text for live updates. All prices are laid out in an organized manner so that there are no surprise fees. Stephen is fantastic, thank you for making my baby feel right at home. read more

Brought my pup to have her hair dyed like a cheetah and I am so happy with Crystals work! She treated my dog like a princess and was so kind, patient and lovely to work with. The hair dye should last about 6 months and took 3 sessions-although it was a splurge-I'm so glad I did it! read more

There should be a manager that checks the groomers work. Most of the time my dogs come out great and thats why I keep going back, but today and. a couple of other visits, my dogs look like the groomer is grooming for the first time and cants see very obvious areas that are not cut right. I also reminded them that my dog had growths so they would be careful and I picked him up bleeding from every growth. when I pointed it out not only my groomer but all the staff jumped in to say next time we can avoid it by doing this...Next time? No one addressed it as a proLen and apologized.instead said it's normal...yet they had many ideas for next time. i hope the owner reads this and acts iin it. Either train the groomers well or your great reputation is going to be ruined. by i e or two bad groomers. read more

GAVE MY DOG TICKS!! please beware Although groomolgy will try to deny the ticks were from their salon I know for a fact they were, my dog is metaphorically my baby and I notice any slight difference in her. I noticed the ticks 1 day after she went to the salon, she's NEVER had ticks before. When I called to inform them they said a person from the staff failed to mention to me when I picked her up that they had seen one on her during her wash( if true I believe it was from the kennels there). I had to take my dog to the vet later than I should have since I was informed 2 days later ONEC I CALLED. if I wouldn't have called they wouldn't have notified me!!! Stay away for your own dogs safety. read more

They left my dog so cute. Inexpensive and they also took in my dog without an appointment. Thank you, Nancy!

First time taking my puppy to the groomers. They defiantly treated my KYGO(dog name) like a rockstar. She got personal notes, treats , and just love. She was clean and shinny when I picked her up. Pricing is great for the treatment she gets. I will be using them many more times in the future. Staff is friendly and great with nervous dog moms like myself. read more

So great! My babies are divas and they left this place looking 10/10 with zero complaints. They offer doggy spa days with blueberry facials, nail grinding, haircut... the works! They were very thorough and professional and I am absolutely planning on going back. I felt very comfortable leaving my 2 dogs with them and it took me months to find a groomer that I could trust! Too expensive, don't take your pets there. Almost $ 100 for a small dog (19 pounds) They don't know how to handle dogs. Last time they charged me an extra $ 25 for "handling fee" they always have an excuse. They say the dog was very "stressed",left the job incomplete and charged me the full amount. Unprofessional! read more

Do not take my dog to any other place. I wish they had daycare and boarding services! Highly recommend any groomer they are all amazing!

I took two of my yorkies here and they did an amazing job to say the least. One of my yorkies I am convinced she has doggy adhd and I was so surprised to see how still and happy she was. I 100% recommend this place, it's clean, the groomers are experienced, and the prices as very fair. Will be taking them again next time read more
