They also notice small things like skin irritation or matting early and mention any concerns which I appreciate. Appointments are flexible and reliable. They have fit us in on short notice more than once and always run on time. The salon itself is clean, calm, and well organized which makes drop offs and pick ups quick and stress free. Pricing feels fair for the quality and care provided. What stands out most is how loving and patient the staff is and they treat my dog like their own using soothing handling techniques that put a nervous pet at ease. The owner is amazing!!! She's so friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in each pet's personality and care needs. She remembers names and preferences and follows up if there's something noteworthy after a grooming. Shes truly an amazing person. Overall it's the best grooming experience I've found in the neighborhood. For anyone with a small or high‑maintenance breed who wants skilled compassionate care and dependable service I highly recommend this groomer.

I was able to message them on Facebook and get my two large breed dogs in within a couple of days.. which is awesome since we usually had to book our big guy at least a couple weeks out bc with his energy not a lot of people can manage him (super sweet, but equally hyper in new anxiety provoking situations) Needless to say, she provided recommendations for my dog with severe allergies and showed that she actually cares about the animal! Which is huge for me, especially when we are letting someone else care for our pups in situations that can be nerve racking for them. They both look great, and we will be going back! My only feedback is that my dogs didn't get a cute bandana that they usually do lol I'll have to buy some to bring next time! But definitely would recommend them!!! They even have the cutest little play park inside with beds and toys galore for them!

Today I dropped them off and…read morewas informed our usual groomer was gone and we had a new person, but there were no notes for either dog. Needless to say, not off to a great start. I explained what I wanted for each dog and she seemed to understand. We got the call that the dogs were done, much sooner than anticipated. When I arrived I was told she couldn't "finish" one of them because she was nipping at the clippers. I get it, it happens. I pay for both dogs and was given a 20% discount for the dog not "finished'. Of course they expect payment and tip before you even see the dogs, shame on me for not insisting on seeing them first. Turns out not finished meant they only shampooed the dog and nothing else, $65. Keep in mind this is a 6 pound dog. We called to speak to someone about this, but no surprise we have gotten no return call. The groomer who took care of the dogs left in a hurry, perhaps she couldn't finish our dog because she had somewhere to go. Clearly I've been had, even tipped the groomer for doing almost nothing. And paid these people $65 for a shampoo. Do not make the same mistake I've made, find another place to have your dog groomed. (Also, I'd appreciate a referral)

I said ok and scheduled the appointments. Then Larrisa called back and said that since it had been 5 months that there would be an up charge for matting of minimally $18 or more based on the size of the dog. My dogs were last groomed by Woof Wash on November 16th which means it's been 3 months. Also, I have my dogs shaved so there is no need to brush them out since any matting would be sheared off. When I asked to speak to the owner, Larissa said that she is the owner. She wouldn't tell me her last name so I am not sure if that's true. I would like to support small business but not one that nickels and dimes me.
