In advance, I did inquire if they can work with anxious dogs as Ryu had never been professionally groomed prior, and he's always been anxious since his puppy days. She kindly advised it'd be best to utilize CBD and bring him in muzzled for his first time since he does throw warning bites to new faces. To my surprise, Ryu did gravitate towards Estrella, and did not try biting and she was able to complete the full service with no issue. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and it made me feel very calm as well knowing Ryu was in great hands. Worth every single penny and I will definitely be bringing him back here always. Highly recommend visiting this location! Amazing staff, such a cute location as well, very welcoming. Overall, a wonderful experience and I wish I could give them more stars! *I've attached some before and after pictures for reference, you can clearly tell his hair was long and there is a huge difference in his amazing trim. *

I don't think I've seen her this white in a while. Unfortunately, my dog had a little poppy accident and Estrella was so nice and understanding about the situation. She even helped with suggesting a new diet for her so she can be healthier and grow a nicer coat. Such a great help. Her prices were also reasonable as well. Love this place, will definitely be booking again for her next appointment! Highly recommend 10/10

The staff is so kind and welcoming, I immediately felt like she was in good hands. When I came back, they were playing with her, which made me so happy. You can tell they genuinely care. I also love that they don't use kennels. The groom was perfect. They really pay attention to the little details, and it shows. The turnaround time was amazing too. They texted me in about 1.5 hours, which I appreciated since her previous groomer would take 4+ hours. Only downside is the pricing. It showed $95 online, but came out to $130 + tip. Definitely on the pricier side, so not an every-month thing for me, but the quality and overall experience make it worth it.

After six months of silence, this guy suddenly messages me saying, "Are you still interested in…read morethis service?" as I received the message in SMS format - I had no idea what he was talking about - he messaged me without even mentioning what service he's talking about. Seriously? You think I've been sitting here waiting for you all this time? When I questioned him, instead of apologizing or owning up, he got sarcastic and told me I was being "smart & tough." That's his idea of customer service - insulting someone for pointing out how ridiculous his message was. And then I mentioned just because he has messaged me rudely now by saying that I am being "smart & tough" I messaged him back that now he deserves a rating on Yelp - and then he tried to justify it by saying he was "out of the country because of a sad family moment." If that's true, learn how to pause your business or set an auto-reply or reply from there in few days. Don't pop up half a year later acting like you're doing me a favor. If you enjoy rude, clueless communication and zero professionalism, maybe he's your guy. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and find someone who actually respects their clients' time.

I only come here twice a year for my two dogs birthdays. One bone cake can cost around $35.99 which is a lot but my dogs love it. The cakes my dogs love. They have a variety of different flavors. From what I remember they have cookies and cream and peanut butter. My dogs love peanut butter so I usually get that flavor. The small dog bone cake is pretty big and the large one is massive. The small would honestly be good for a couple small dogs or one large dog but if you have multiple large dogs, you should definitely get the large bone cake. One thing I will say is if your dog is highly allergic to certain things, make sure to check the ingredients list for their items. When you go in the bakery, they list the ingredients out and the staff can tell you too. I also love how they sell the cookies that are damaged or broken for a cheap price. A small bag of these is around $2 which is great if you don't know if your dog will like them. Staff here is great and there is parking in the back of the building. Overall, def must try if you want to get your dog a bday cake or a cute treat!
