My Pompoo was in dire need of a grooming so she took a little longer than it would normally for them. They did an amazing job all for what I was paying to wait 4 hours. I will not be using any other groomer! They showed up with their RV and went over what we wanted done and did just that. Very sweet people an treated the dogs special! The personal service was amazing an my babies loved it! No more sharing their time with other dogs!

They feed your pups remarkably late in the morning so often when we pick them up at 10ish they have not been fed. The owner is over the top crazed about drop offs or pick ups that are not at the scheduled time and cannot tolerate change, so if you live miles away and you can't exactly figure out your time to site you will be chastised and told to not do that. I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE ANYMORE. It cost too much money to board the pups there and deal with terrible customer service, paying for additional days because of limited pick-up times is too much for me. Delilah has groomed both my dogs and done a great job. They're big dogs and have lots of hair! The most telling thing is both my dogs like going there. That speaks volumes about the care they receive while there for whatever reason. Highly recommend!
